You got it.

- Turn on your PS3
- Plug your USB stick into the USB slot on your PS3
- Under Game > Saved Data Unity, 'USB Device' should appear on the top, select that
- Hit triangle when you see the save on your USB stick, select 'Copy'

I did all this and I'm confused as to why I'm not seeing the rosters when I start the game up. Sorry, I know little about the new technology nowadays. Okay, so I downloaded the file with the link provided, zipped the file and copied to a flashdrive(USB), started up my PS3, found the saved data from my USB card and copied it. Then what?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Are the rosters located in the roster section of the game and just have to load them? If so, they are not there even after coping them in the Utility Saved Data section of my PS3. Is it possible I have a bad USB card? All I know is after I download the rosters with your link provided it's working and I'm seeing the rosters on my PS3 when applying my USB to my PS3. For whatever reason they're not making it to my game, just my PS3 in the Utility section. I must be doing something wrong. Thanks.

They're not rosters, it's a franchise file. If you choose 'continue franchise' you'll see it.

quick question gents, i havent gotten that far into my franchise yet, but i was wondering once the season is over will "I" have to be the GM for all 30 teams and sign their free agents as well? or only Pittsburgh like i planned too, because though I love the idea of the 30 team franchise I'm dreading having to be GM for all 30 teams come end of the season....if so..then this method is just basically for someone who wants to do 1 season only?

No. Just set that to AUTO. What I plan to do is go through and makes sure nothing gets too far from reality, (Jeter signing with the Nationals, etc. ) and amend accordingly.

Kind of how in Fantasy sports there's a top 20/30 undroppable list? I'm just going to make sure that list is handled as realistically as possible. Everything else can happen as those 29 other teams see fit.

In fact, I have all Roster Moves set to Auto (call-ups, Free Agency, etc) and it has been working beautifully.

sweet thanks CHD sounds like a plan, yah i did have that problem before in my "the show" season Mariano Rivera ended up on the Phillies...and I was like wth..so this is good to know that we can let teams get players who are free agent worthy and players who we all know at heart (Jeter's, David Wrights even Pujlos will stay on their respected teams).
