Re: 1989 Complete Rosters
9 of the 12 NL teams are complete
13 of the 14 AL teams are complete
I rated 9 teams over the weekend, moving quicker than I thought I could. After I'm done with all the players I have, I think I'm going to add a few more players for depth, hopefully each team will have 1-3 extra players in the minors. If anyone see's any players not on the list I can add them, I've already added a few I'm trying to make these rosters as complete as possible. The detail on these are by far my best work. I'm also turning the Tampa Bay Rays in the the "Major League Cleveland Indians" for fun. They're all rated, just need to make faces for Willy Hayes, Taylor, Harris, and Dorn, and they'll be done.Last edited by pjsnell10; 05-02-2013, 07:12 PM.Comment

Re: 1989 Complete Rosters
LOVE idea of Major League for TB...any chance of Major League 2 character making the squad? (Tanaka, Baker or even Haywood, Parkman, etc as minor leaguers for their teams etc...sorry man prolly asking too much and seein that ml 3 was dreadfully awful I definitely would not miss Juan 1 or Juan 2 haha
been wanting to play a classic roster as the Major League Indians you are making it happen HUGE thanks man much appreciated!!!
If you get a piece of it you can rename it...I'll call it the ma********* lol...off to watch that now that i finally have a day off cheers man thanks againComment

Re: 1989 Complete Rosters
I've still got something like 6 spots open on TB, but to be honest, I hated ML 2. I'll probably round out the rosters with the Yankee players (Haywood, The Duke and so on. I might watch ML again to see if I can spot any other Indians.Comment

Re: 1989 Complete Rosters
The Duke...Nice addition! Yeah I remember being in the 5th grade in class hearing that the sequel would be pg and that epps would replace snipes...knew it would bomb just from that...only others I remember from ml 1 for any other teams is coleman (yanks) rexman (a's) some kelner? guy and the starter for the yankees at the end but im drawin a blank and for the tribe gentry (the guy that got red carded), keltner (one of the pitchers), tomlinson, mitchell friedman and cerrano but you prolly already got himComment

Re: 1989 Complete Rosters
Don't think I had Friedman. I don't think they showed him in the movie, but they did mention him. I got the others though. I think I was in 8th grade when part 2 came out, we were all excited until we actually saw it. It was one of the biggest let downs for me movie wise.Comment

Re: 1989 Complete Rosters
Ok, all players are completely done:
-individual ratings based on '88 stats
-correct equipment/stance/repertoire
-custom face made by myself (some good ones not created by myself were copied over from last year)
-correct age/height/wt/grade
Here are the 99's:
Roger Clemens
Dennis Eckersley
Nolan Ryan
David Cone
Dwight Gooden
Dwight Evans
Dave Winfield
Kirby Puckett
Gary Gaetti
Jose Canseco
Barry Larkin
Julio Franco
All I need to do is add the rest of the ML Indians, and a few more random players and the roster will be complete. It should be done this weekend!Last edited by pjsnell10; 05-04-2013, 06:42 PM.Comment
