Holy sh.. do you ever sleep or eat?! My first year with a ps3 and I thought you
had done a lot just for the OSFM series. But doing a classic 70s roster (77 or 78 Yankees? oh wait you said you were doing the 70 Yankees for that set right?)
and now the GREAT 2000 year!!

Looks like I'll be playing MLB 10 for a couple of years

It will be nice fending off all those "wanna be" WS champs all over again!

I have that info from a text baseball game I used to play religiously...Diamond Mind Baseball.

Playing a complete past season with 30 team and all the moves would be soo awesome!!

OMG, the 2000 season would be incredible. Aramis with the Pirates, Jay Bell D-Backs, Dave Justice, Big Hurt, etc. Knight, thank you so much and I can't wait!

2000 had some great races for sure!!

If only the Show would let you have custom offline leagues...id be playing the 1988 season all the way through...

LOL, custom offline leagues would be incredible. I can't wait to try out these rosters. You know, playing franchise with up to date rosters is fun and all, but nothing will beat the years where we grew up rootn for our teams without having to worry about bills, work, etc. Playing with a 2000 set roster is going to bring back tons of memories.

Thanks for the update.

The text files I have are one for the whole league....day by day also I can send txt file for each teams. These are great. They even list who started the season on the DL etc.

Yea I agree. Knight is a true asset to the show community and I truly thank him for that. I will simply be ready when he is ready for this set. Am excited to say the least

QUESTION!!....for all you Blue Jay fans....some of the Jays players wore blue cleats. Do you guys think it's the light blue in the editor or the blue in the editor?

Hey Knight, have you checked out Team Color 2 for the Jays' cleats? I haven't checked it yet but it should be a blue that matches their unis.

I used Team Color 1 and Black for most...I'll check it out.

Here is the set so far with the 4 teams completed.
Baltimore
Boston
Tampa Bay
Toronto

Keep in mind. I have the lineups/rotations set for most used(w/o trades) in the base set....but I am using the L/R splits(they may be adjusted as I get more and more teams completed to compare them as the league is set for 2000)...so if you want to check out the teams in a test franchise, you will have to reset them Day 1 of the regular season.

I set the 40 man to the most used players(15 pitchers/25 position in most cases)....but EVERY player for the 2000 season for the teams is in(will be in) the set, but keep in mind...some of the players who played for these 4 completed teams may have players who started somewhere else that year. They will be there. You'll notice them by only a first initial for their first name until I get to that team.

If someone else could do that...just name it test2000 or something...post the name here.....I would appreciate it.
I lost my "online" PS3(streetlights of death ) and haven't replaced it yet.
The one I'm using is my offline one.....I have patch#1 and don't want to update this machine or game.
