Re: MLB 11 The Show Batting Stance/Delivery/Accessory Edits

What exactly is a hidden stance?
I've seen that term thrown around a lot here.

Re: MLB 11 The Show Batting Stance/Delivery/Accessory Edits

Hidden stances are listed as Generic 1, but while in game they form to their accurate stance. There are tons of them. Unfortunately, as mentioned before, once you make alterations to a player who's stance is hidden (exp. Molina) you can't retrieve the hidden stance by returning that player to Generic 1. The only way to get it back his original hidden stance is by downloading the latest Sony roster update. Or at least that is how I understand it.

            Team Name/Player Name/Adjusted stance/delivery

*Remember to let let me know if someone has a hidden stance because you will not be able to get them back.

Did you really need to quote the entire first post to tell us that Matt Garza has a hidden stance that is wrong as it is?

Yeah I was wondering the same thing, he brings his hands up over his head now. He did that last year as well. It is a very quick tight motion.

Okay I went through them all and found two possibilities for Lowe

                    - Gen. 45
                    - Jeff Suppan

Check them out but I think that Gen 45 is as close as you can get.

Both of those for Lowe would work, but are kind of choppy.

I like Smoltz's old delivery (Gen 109) as he begins lifting his hands over his head very early in the delivery.

It's a bit hard to see, since the camera angle kind of sucks and the pitcher is blocking his lower body, but from what I can tell, he's still slightly open.
Watch the highlights from last night's game and you'll see what I mean. His feet are fairly even. I'll find something equivalent later on. Later

Here ya go....I might be wrong but that's a normal stance to me. Not open. That front foot needs to be further away to be considered open. Later

I still like Sandoval for him, even with him slightly more closed. I haven't found anything more fitting yet. You got any ideas?
