Is that what I need to download so I can save my franchise? Currently I downloaded rosters from this site since we can't get online, and it doesn't let me save my franchise

Are ThirdDegree's pitch edits worth running a Franchise with or should I stick with the default edits ???

My question too. I'm a month into my franchise. Are these edits worth it?

                  Re: 2011 OSFM Pitch Edits

If it's not acceptable, let me know but I'd like to post my pitch edit version of Knight's roster...I used pitch f/x and Lindy's scouting to modify both fielding and pitch edits. Meaning LAA's Bourjous has great jumps and good range while ATL's Chipper has good fielding attributes but limited range.

Additionally, more equipment edits and stance updates were made. I still don't like the relievers as in my games I have relievers constantly going 2+ innings but I'm going to try tuning down the reliever stamina. As an aside, I also tuned down the fielder speed by 3 and baserunning speed by 1 and see a tremendous amount of varity in hits. Doubles down the line / gap and it makes the game more realistic. I got tired of seeing balls hit in the gap get run down by OFs with 50 speed.

Anyways, I believe these edits are a good representation...2-seamers/sinkers for pitchers with sink/run movement. While I understand the theory of the running fastball I don't like it's implementation in RAZRs' pitch edits; moreover, if a pitcher has a 70 control rating then a slider or curve won't have a 95+ control rating as that skews the BB ratio in my perspective (no offence).

From my experience, the break on the 4-seam fastball determines how easily a batter can square it up so in some instances there are guys with straight 95mph 4-seam fastballs (per scouting reports) with 75+ break.

I'll finish up the NL West tonight and post them if anyone would like them.

wow so still not really happy with how some of these things turned out with the edits...still finding stuff I missed...feel like I just did another 50 players...sorry to keep coming out with updates but I will soon send one of you guys another file to upload for me...

did a lot of work on baltimore's staff, atlanta (jurrjens/lowe) that i can rememer...much much more including minor re-rates here and there...obviously I felt Travis Wood was rated a little low but I'm leaning him closer to stock as of now...he wasn't over powering in AAA, slow developer, but we've also heard comparisons to Cliff Lee...idk..took care of more relievers as well...

Before saving your franchise, load your sliders. Then try to save. It should work. I was having the same issue, until I read a post on the main forum that seems to have resolved this issue.
