I only noticed as he was leading one of the AL East all star voting categories.
Yep. If you're only controlling one team, that's the best way. That way no one will trade for or sign him either.

Bama, has your recent pitch edit version of the OSFM roster been uploaded to the vault yet?

EDIT - Nevermind. I'm guessing you can't get on the PSN like the rest of us since it's down. Kind of hard to upload a roster in this situation :P

Bama...its done...its totally 7 am too lol and i am fried after 3 hours of pitch editing...I think I have 85-90% of all the pitchers completed, you will not find many 4sm fastballs...i did a TON of relief pitchers as well...much thanks for razr/pope for their spreadsheet, Bama of course for laying down the base set...Jason I fixed the inaccuracies you posted about before, lemme know if I missed stuff that you corrected...this will have me ready to finally start my franchise, however considering doing re-rates...Ja what's the word? lol...there are minor tweaks done around the league, cannot tell you exactly what i've done, but nothing major...

will post this as soon as psn network is back up...

Glad you corrected what I missed. Thanks for doing that for everyone that will be using these. I know what you mean about being fried. It wears on you after editing all those guys.

Just try upload it to a hosting site. Probably what you meant, there are many of them available. Just put the file on your flash drive and it should be ready to upload. I am looking forward to these as well.

Curious what u think of researching pitches via the MLB 11 At Bat app for the iPad/iPhone? From what I've observed (iPad app) it appears that they seem to get each pitchers repertoire correct every time. They also give u information on how many inches each pitch breaks. It's really amazing info! Curious what your thoughts are. Later

As far as the datedness of the edits pitcher's velocity does experience some changes from year to year. Their arsenal usually stays pretty close. Obviously changes in quality of pitches won't be taken in account. Normally I'd start from scratch and do a total overhaul so that these things are taken into account. If anyone is doing it this year I'd suggest 60ft6in to get pitches and Lindy's baseball preview magazine for other info. Just as a sidenote the owner of 60ft6in is taking a while to update so if anyone plans on doing it now then I'd advise using pitchfx on mlb.com as that's what i used prior to last year

EDIT: Also as far as the people claiming that the spreadsheet is from the 09 season that's not true. The sheet is accurate through early last year

And before you guys start posting on things relying on assertions and guesses like that please drop me a pm. I'd be perfectly willing to answer your questions
How do I find this on the mlb.com website?

The feature is located in the gameday section. Switch to the game summary portion and it will be there. Here's a link http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/gameday/index...mlb_1&mode=box
