these rosters dont have to be YOUR final rosters before u start your franchise...u can make as many edits as you want as to who is on the 40 man and who is where in the minor leagues...it just takes some time, but if your planning on doing a 30 team controlled franchise then it makes sense to edit it before you start the franchise...this way after ST is finished and BEFORE u continue to the regular season u can move whatever guys u want off the MLB roster to get down to your 25...this will also keep your lineups and rotations in tact as well...

Forgive me if this question is very green but you mention above that when the next update comes out you will not need to restart your franchise. How would you update your rosters without having to restart your franchise? This is my first time with the Show as I've finally gotten the PS3 and was able to leave 2k sports! Thanks.

If the 25 man roster seems to be the way to go, any chance of a list or spreadsheet on who needs added back to each team to complete their 40 man roster?

                Best guess...when he's finished them.

People keep asking and asking and frankly, it just gets old after a while. When he finishes them, they'll be posted. Patience is a virtue.

I agree Knight are your Opening Day rosters going to have batting stance or pitching delivery edits ? if they are please keep the hidden ones because once they are changed we can't get them back ..

Hey Knight this isn't that big a deal but Brandon Phillips is now wearing high socks, old school style. If you want to include that in the opening day set, just thought I'd let you know.

Problem with ball not leaving pitchers hands correctly.

So far with A.J. Burnett and Andy Sonnanstine, I've run into this problem where the ball is not leaving the pitchers hand correctly. I checked Burnett's delivery and it is set to himself in the default rosters but Jonathan Sanchez in the OSFM rosters.

It makes it very difficult to hit when this happens. I don't have it set to control every team so I cannot fix this. Already 12 games into a season.

Guess I'll need to be starting over. Has this been reported before so its a known issue that is being fixed? Are there other pitchers with this issue?

                      Thanks,
                      Nim

Pretty sure u can still edit players on other teams without control. Just use the trigger to scroll through to each team at Manage Roster.

Knight I was wondering if you were going to tweak some ratings at all on these rosters. Call me a homer but a few Reds players are under rated. Dave Sappelt I feel should be rated higher. I simulated a season and half and he didn't progress much. He his .342 last year while progressing through 3 levels of minors and he hit about .560 this spring for the reds. Not much power but the dude can rake. Also, I think a few position players are deserving of A's (Grandal, Mesoraco, Hamilton). Pitchers looked spot on. I still maintain that the reds should be higher than the 26th ranked franchise.

Overall fantastic job was just wondering if any tweaks were going to be made? Also, saw someone ask earlier about a ratings overhaul on SCEA players? Juan Francisco immediately comes to mind as a Reds fan as someone who is grossly under rated by SCEA (i'm sure there's many more on other teams). I know someone did this last year and I was also wondering if it is being done this year?? Thanks guys if you could answer these questions for me and keep up the great work!!

The Reds are rated 11th overall in the osfm v4 franchise I just set up.
It could be worse. My team is rated 29th, but that won't stop me. I'll show them.
                                I'LL SHOW THEM ALL

It took like 8 hours to get everything set up right but I'm finally 'chising!!
Will take and hour or so to set injuries tomorrow but then I'm ready to play opening day.
So good. Blessed be to all the hard working OS stiffs out there who make this possible.
