I will keep everyone posted but it's looking like you can expect a release of these either tonight or tomorrow.

Where can I find this roster to play with once it has been completed?

Yeah, but King hit 30 HR's that year and Martin, Merced, Kendall and Bell did okay at the plate too. However I must confess: At the time I simmed that, I forgot to edit out the current players. So the Pirates had a little help from McCutchen and company.

Naw. I'm just someone with enough time on their hands and too much nostalgia going through their head.

          Bingo.

Alright. I am going to start with the remaining 16 players I have left right now and then make one final shot through the rosters to make sure I have player numbers correct.

After that I will create a new thread and give everyone a heads up.

          See you all then.

Thank goodness this thing wasn't released tonight! I have to get up extra early in the morning and if this had been released tonight it could have been ugly when it was time for me to get up. Seriously, I'll be playing this a lot once it gets released - I really enjoyed the AL release of this set.

probably a stupid a question, where is the vault and how do I find this specific roster set/what is the name? I have been following the progress for a long time and I pumped to finally use it, appreciate all the hard work!

Not a dumb question at all. I can't remember exactly which menu it is under, but when you are scrolling through the show menus there is an option titled "Vaults"

You want to be logged in online and enter the roster vault. Use your square button to sort by date and when you see the 1996 season from May 31st you can download it. Let me know if that doesn't work.

As of now I have created this other thread for any feedback or issues you guys have. Let me know if you have any gripes or issues in there.

question: i see alot of star players with A overall and D potential. is this for any certain reason or just something out of your control with the game? also these are some young players like pudge and various others. also i think that people may want to play without a salary cap b/c the yankees have a 6 million dollar pay roll and a 60 million max. and some of those stars are going to get big contracts. but overall i love Em - randy johnson - fastball = DOMINANT and Arod+ Griffey = home run show

Yeah, I would go and edit already existing players into the current version that you have now, so that is why the potential is what it is.

To be truthful, I did not go into this project with multi-season aspirations, but more than half way through I realized some people were expecting that.

This is probably best for a one and done type of season.

Between not having the option to edit potential and not having 40 man rosters, it's not going to make a very good multi year set.

And yes, the Mariners are pretty much why I made these. That team was so great.
