Right on. I believe A-Rod hit .358 that year too.

He actually didn't do too hot in the last season I simmed. Seems like you're on track.

Arod = .336 AVG 34 HR 113 H 105 RBI's .750 SLG
griffey= .324 AVG 36 HR 102 H 88 RBI's .749 SLG
johnson = 5-4 W-L 4.27 ERA 101 SO 37 BB

Arod has taken the lead in MVP voting

Do you know if sliders have any effect at all while simming?

If you look on the last page at my sim from last night you won't see any numbers like that from those two!

They are just beastin' man! I'm going to go sim a season now myself!

i actually wondered that same thing myself b/c i bump up human contact and poewr by one and idk if its only "human" if i actually play the game, or all the time for the teams i use but if it is all the time then it could be that small increase on the power slider that those HR numbers could be attributed to


EDIT: end of the year stats (this is UNREAL) but i love it
Arod - .335/64 Hr/189 RBI
griffey - .337/60HR/155 RBI

I just finished simming a season with all injuries off and I'll post the results in the other thread.

Just an FYI - Griffey had 49 to lead the AL, and A-Rod had 42.

hahahah in the off season the only guys i signed were griffey and Arod and i forgot about the yanks who are currently 0-56 cause they didnt resign any players

season 2 - idk if this matters if most will be doing 1 and done but at the break much more reasonable numbers for those two
Arod - only hitting .347 with 19 HR and 72 ribbies
Griffey .373 with 26 Hr and 86 RBi


SEASON 2 End - griffey gets out of control after the break
Arod = .333 39 Hr and 136 RBI
griffey = .363 63 Hr 179 Rbi

Go check out my sim in the other thread dude. I use Armor and Sword's slider set and it rocks.

I am not sure, but that maybe, possibly has something to do with it.

My numbers came out a little better than that freakshow put on by the Mariner kids :wink:

haha yeah i just saw. but the marlins winning the world series?!?!? this isnt a 97 set. but i love seeing bonds results and clemens stats too. im about to do a fantasy draft, ill post the first round here if thats cool. (obv. if griffey is available, after seeing those numbers, hes my first pick.)

That is odd. I have not tried a fantasy draft, but I'll be honest with you man - I have no idea why it would freeze.

As far as the Marlins? It is crazy seeing them beat out the Braves and Rockies, but I suppose Brown, Leiter, Sheff, etc... all did their part. Last nights sim had the Yankees beating the Reds to win it!

yeah its odd to me but thats cause in my first year the yanks won 110 games and the braves killed it and so did colorado, but the yankees swept the mariners in the ALCS and won the WS in 5

I was looking forward to doing a Season with these rosters and wanted to do a fantasy draft, but my PS3 has frozen 3 times after hitting ADVANCE on the sseason set up screen. Anyone else have this problem or know of a way to possibly fix this? Thank you - these are great rosters.

Reason, the Fantasy draft doesn't work is because these are just 25 Man Rosters, you would have to add 15 more players to each team for that to work.
