Padres LF Jaff Decker has really slimmed down. Change him from Fat body type to Normal

Julio Rodriguez (SP - 54 ovr) should be on the Orioles, he's listed under FA list 1.

Hector Santiago needs to have a screwball. It's the pitch that took him from minor league fodder to a very viable option for the rotation. It's such a weapon that it needs to be included.

Julio Rodriguez (SP - 54 ovr) should be on the Orioles, he's listed under FA list 1.

He's not on the Orioles 40-man, and the team put extra players over the 75 allowed per a team in the FA list. Feel free to swap him out with a prospect from the Orioles if you'd like but I'm not adding this to the full list as all 75 players on the Orioles roster are actually on Orioles teams.

Hector Santiago needs to have a screwball. It's the pitch that took him from minor league fodder to a very viable option for the rotation. It's such a weapon that it needs to be included.

I posted this in the indians thread but was told to post it here as well.

After messing around with the rosters and comparing them for accuracy and playability I would recomend the following changes.

Tim Fedroff I think needs a slight bump. Hes about at his ceiling now of a major league caliber reserve OF.

Remove Price for Lovegrove, hes pretty far down the reliever organizational depth chart as it is.

With Gomes being the starting catcher in columbus and Wolters converting that leaves some room to play with there, and with childs released this leaves a spot for Jorge Martinez. You had him as a high C but any chance he could have the utility secondary spot of some sort? hes moved all around the infield and working in the outfield now as well.

Tyler holt is the starter at CF in akron and listed as the organizations best defensive outfielder as well. Id replace Delvi Cid with Holt.

Kyle Bellows has dropped hard and not even opening up at AA this year, this leaves a spot for Jordan Smith, hes been the teams 30th best prospect by Baseball America the last 2 years. Id give him position of RF and 3rd as secondary.

This leaves an open double a akron spot that could be used to keep Chen whos listed at catcher but the teams 1st basemen or Alex Lavisky who is a young catcher on the team, im undecided.

With all those changes that covers most of the BA 30 besides, Luis Lugo (12), Dylan Baker (16) and Cody Anderson (29) all 3 are young starters.

If you need any help I can offer from the Baseball America prospect handbook and Tony Lastorias Indians Baseball Insider 2013 edition. The BA goes for other teams as well guys.

Am I to assume youll be doing edits for the updated OFSM or should these be sent to knight and co. or what?

Thanks for the info, it is all very interesting. I am not part of the OFSM team and will not be doing edits for the set, I just decided to help out by compiling this list, and then sharing my own fixed/corrected rosters I am making for myself based off of V.1

Finished with correct 40-man/25-man and MLB lineups/pitching rotations for the AL West, so now the NL and AL West are done. Uploaded new roster file under userid: Ripner . Roster file called OSFM V.1 Fixes 0.5

The following AL West teams had changes made due to more than 40 players on 40-man roster from 60-day DL/Suspensions:

astros

jose valdez - remove from 40-man roster
alex white - remove from 40-man roster
jose cisnero - add to 40-man roster
paul clemens - add to 40-man roster

athletics

bartolo colon - remove from 40-man roster
fernando rodriguez - remove from 40-man roster
arnold leon - add to 40-man roster
chris resop - add to 40-man roster

mariners

josh kinney - remove from 40-man roster
endy chavez - remove from 40-man roster
danny hultzen - add to 40-man roster

Just wanted to thank you for doing these updates, and staying true to not editing players based on some posters opinions. We are all homers in some way, so thank you for just putting the fixes up.

Only movements I made were the following:

Juan Medeiros - Los Angeles Angels - 3B - fake player replaced with Reid Scoggins from Free Agents 2
Rich Poythress - Seattle Mariners - 1B - Forgot to be added, replaced "Robb Polk"(fake player) with download of Poythress uploaded to roster vault under seanjezzy
ezequiel carrera - philadelphia phillies - rf - #16 - moved to Indians, as he was not on the phillies opening day, but was claimed on waivers on April 2nd, Ender Inciarte - CF - Free Agents 3 - moved to phillies, since he was on the phillies opening day roster. I put Carrera on the indians replacing Bryan Price - RP - since I didn't feel comfortable with the edits I gave him since he was missing attributes
