    Longtime lurker here.

I'd like to think that I'm pretty good at picking out stances.

Javy Baez - I've been using Robbie Grossman. I know pretty random but I think it looks spot on. It has the wiggle and a small leg kick.

Kris Bryant - I use "Veteran Stance 153". It has his wide/slightly closed base and semi-low hands w/ a very minimal load step. It's more of a toe rotation like Bryant has in real life.

These one's like the ones I picked have their positives and negatives.

The hands on Grossman move way too much pre-pitch. Baez doesn't really wave his bat in front of his face while he stands there. But when he swings he definitely gets the bat head beyond his helmet a bit, but just as a load/timing mechanism once per at bat.

The feet are the right amount apart on vet 153, but there is a lot of movement. Elliot Johnson's stance also has a fairly quick step. Bryant's lower half is pretty stable in the box, he just lifts the bat off his shoulder a few times pre-pitch. I wish Johnson's stance was more spread out, it would be almost perfect then.

Marisnick is pretty good for Kalish, but I haven't looked at his stance yet.

Other than the edits to the SCEA players you already listed are there any other you suggest we make?

I honestly haven't looked at them all, planning on starting my franchise on PS4. But overall I like the SCEA ratings, there are little changes I'd make, but only a few points here and there. And that is mostly anecdotal.

You can make slight changes based on 2014 performance like upping Rizzo's hit ratings especially vs LHP or dropping Schierholtz's hit ratings. But it's still early. Luckily in franchise you can edit players whenever so if in another month it looks like Rizzo is legit and Schierholtz really has regressed you can make those edits as they happen.

A couple of other ones I noticed though were:

With Olt decrease POW and CON vs RHP, increase a little vs LHP to create the split he's shown in the minors and MLB so far, but not to where he is useless vs RHP.
Watkins and Rosscup should be bumped up including potential to maybe what translates to a low-mid 70s player.

Overall though I think the ratings are pretty fair looking at the players' past performance.

Mr. Old boy are you doing any early changes (call ups, line up changes, or trades)?

Also for anyone interested I have the starting line ups written down for every game this year.

Not really. I usually will call top prospects up, or let the game automatically call them up at in September. But I sim a lot of my games early on, I don't start playing over 1/5th or so of the games until maybe mid 2nd year or 3rd year in.

I typically don't do "realistic" franchises as in manually injuring players and using 30 team control to keep the league exactly where it is in real life. I just make a lineup that makes sense from a game perspective, i.e. Valbuena's patience isn't really useful in game for me, it is when simming though. I do use 30 team control some times though just so I can stop stupid/lopsided trades. I'll probably be more careful in online franchise though.

Any chance I could get someone to make a Cael Brockmeyer and/or Danny Canella CAP and put them in the player vault? Or if someone has found them already in another roster, point me in their direction. I am horrible at making players and these are the main two I want for my franchise mode.

                  Thanks for any help.

Mr. Oldboy would you make changes to control or break on the pitchers you've talked about editing?

If that list is inaccurate could someone post who is on the roster then? I won't have the game until Tuesday but I'm trying to sort out my lineups and everything ahead of time.

Yep, looks like they replaced Eloy with Casper Wells. I would have left him in the FA pool since he hasn't played at all this year. I opted to add in Stephen Bruno instead of moving Casper Wells onto the Cubs, but I guess they wanted him on there and chose to replace Eloy with him.

I'll try and release a roster with extra Cubs players once the PS4 version is out, I may touch up some players if they chose to release a PS4 version as well since that version has a few new swing types and hair/breard styles.

It also looks like they noticed the same thing I did in that potentials can increase a ton, I saw as much as +9 in only a few years. So players like Almora went from an 88 to a 97, Vogelbach and Alcantara turned into an A player as well. So they should have been dropped a bit or else they end up close to where Baez and Bryant are. They run sims with all the OSFM players in there and run more than I do so I'll trust their judgement on the overall drops they did on some players.

I would have chosen to remove another player over Eloy though, he is consistently ranked as a top 20 Cubs prospect. I would have chose Devoss if it had to be an OF and Bruno if it was anyone.

Also noticed Neil Ramirez took a huge hit. I see him as being MLB ready right now, in fact he's already proven that.
