So I've used these for exactly 22 games, and I have to say these play amazing and most realistic I've ever used. However, I was not getting enough hits a game and then discovered these are meant to play on Timing Hitting. After switching, the hits are coming and my team's average is slowly on the rise. But now I am striking out at a ridiculous rate since switching from Zone to Timing. Easily average 8+ a game with 1-5 BB's. Any suggestions on how to fix this without screwing up anything else? I'm thinking of increasing Human Timing by 1. Everything but the K's are playing realistic. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Look - don't report back after 1 game, play atleast 10 games and get used to the sliders before you report back or give any conisderation to tweaking the sliders.

Yankess. I had a few chances in the 4th and 7th innings but ground balls plagued me for double plays

I'm actually encouraged whenever I have games like that. It's kind of humbling and realistic. I'm curious to know how your next game goes. That's one of the things that I love about this game. I've had games where I've scored 8 or 9 runs, only to be shut out in my next game.

Well I upped the contact and power like he said by 1 and also upped the strike frequency to 3 since when it was on 1 I felt i was seeing 1 to many balls.

My second second game I won 5-0 against the Baltimore. Had a 5 run 4th inning and that pretty much sealed the deal. Had 12 hits. They had 0 runs and 4 hits.

Yes - I do suggest increasin Human Contact & Power by 1

Make sure you use TIMING HITTING

TNK- I know back in the day you were using zone hitting. If I wanted to use zone hitting with these sliders, should I just drop solid hits back to 3?
Just curious because I like having the control of the PCI (hitting opposite field, etc.) I know you may have discussed this before but what was the main reason for you going to timing?

Also, you have been suggesting recently to up a couple of the sliders. Are you planning on updating this as permanent changes or is this just for people that are struggling with hits?

I think I'm gonna give these some burn on Timing hitting. Something just feels off with Zone hitting.

Hi fellas, long time no type...

Had some personal issues which are now well and truly sorted and thankfully ill be back playing some ball very soon.

Now, slider wise, my thoughts (after playing a hell of a lot of games) have shifted slightly.

Essentially its getting more and more towards default (im on HOF) with the only tweaks being to the absolute essentials such as Fielder Run Speed, Reliever Stamina, Wind and a few others.

Ill get them up later.

Only played half a game so far (will resume after I get home from work), but I'm LOVING timing hitting. I didn't have many issues w/hitting using Zone but when I cranked 2HRs w/Jeter and 1 w/Gardy in the same game it didn't feel right to me. Will report back after some more games.
