I tried your sliders for legend. Too easy lol. What do you recommend for legend pitching and HOF batting? Legend fielding as well. Along with analog for everything.

Re: TNK - 2013 REALISM SLIDERS
Slider set is quite realistic. My only changes include personally cranking up Pitch Speed to 10 and reduced Human Solid Hits by -1.
Maybe it's from years of playing The Show, but I find it's getting "easier" each year. I also have several players (playing as the Seattle Mariners :P) who are nearly leading the league in AVG, RBI, and Doubles.I used to put important things hereComment

Re: TNK - 2013 REALISM SLIDERS
There's a ton of posts here but went through 7 pages and couldn't find any so I'll ask here:
Some of you may have read that I am entirely new to the game. Is there a list of sliders for new users? I want it to be as real as possible however I at least want to enjoy the game while getting used to it and learning it.Comment

Gotcha. I was asking for 13 since I actually just got it (yes, late bloomer I know). I will tinker with if for the next couple of months I guess.Comment

Re: TNK - 2013 REALISM SLIDERS
After taking last year off from playing The Show, I purchased MLB 13 on Black Friday (2013) and recently started up a season using TNK's sliders. I decided to use his sliders with the exception of moving hitting down to Veteran and leaving pitching at All-Star. I read multiple threads about hitting at Veteran vs. All-Star levels and figured it was in my best interest to leave it at Veteran for now. In my first game with the Twins, I lost 7-4 to Detroit, committing six errors. In my second game, I lost 8-0 and struck out 10+ times.
Having not played in awhile, I am aware there will be some rust, but my biggest gripes thus far have been the difficulty of hitting and multiple fielding errors I had. From a hitting perspective, I had a couple of solid hits in my first game, but felt it was really hard to get a read on pitches and generate any significant offense. In the past I have played with the "guess pitch" feature on and although that is slightly unrealistic, it helps counter the difficulty on reading pitches in this game for me. I may turn this back on or look at slowing down the speed of the pitches as my hitting was not too good for me. From a fielding perspective, although I had 6 errors my first game, I think that will get better with more experience.
Granted this is not a large sample size, I figure it would be worth posting as I recently started playing this game as well.Currently Playing: NBA2k23 | PGA Tour 2k23 | MLB The Show 23 | College Football Revamped | March Madness Legacy | NHL 14Comment

Re: TNK - 2013 REALISM SLIDERS
Just recently made the Jump from Rookie to Veteran and stepped it up to your slider set. Working well actually scored most of my runs in my first couple of games via get em over and get em in instead of mostly the long ball.
I will be going ahead when 14 comes out and going with Veteran default until i find a set that i find comfortable with. i have a week to wait just like most of us here.
I'm very excited to take the next step in this journey with yours or whom evers sliders i chose to use with 14.
Thanks for all your dedication to this year and and year out you and all of our great slider creators of this site."Baseball is life, without Baseball life itself ceases to exist." - Ken SpragueComment
