I dont know if its the sliders or the game so I'm gonna ask, does anyone who uses pure analog hitting notice that a good stride and good timing are the worst combination, you always miss or hit something weakly.Comment

Re: ***Perfect Sliders 2013*** (HOF/AS)
Its my understanding that these sliders are meant for either All star or Hall of Fame with timing hitting and classic pitching. Has any one tried these on all start with zone hitting or meter pitching. I was going to roll with all star default but I might give these a try. I have no problem moving to timing hitting but would really prefer to stay with zone and meter. Let me know.

Re: ***Perfect Sliders 2013*** (HOF/AS)
I just wanted to say that I've officially jumped on to the Pulse-wagon.
I'm 23 games into a Yankees Pulse-chise and I just can't stop! Haven't touched my Classic Braves Franchise in weeks!
Now I'm not using these sliders (AS Default, except I have Strike Frequency at 4 and SB Frequency at 6), but feel like this thread is a safe place for me to share my thoughts in.
Pulse really has that 'fun-factor' to it this year.
I think I'll always prefer Classic but this interface is just so addicting. Not to mention that I have no problem walking guys either (just over 3 per game) which really just puts the icing on the Pulse-cake (ok, my Pulse puns are over...for now).
I don't read much about Pulse on these Forums so I just wanted to share and I hope you all are enjoying it as much as I am.Comment

Re: ***Perfect Sliders 2013*** (HOF/AS)
How do these compare to TNK sliders ?
Looking for just User vs User.
All star hitting HOF pitching
Meter pitch and Zone hitting
I've used TNK but starting pitchers usually get over 10 K's and hitters aren't cracking .300 ( over a season)Comment

Re: ***Perfect Sliders 2013*** (HOF/AS)
These sliders have been great this season. Really enjoying my Phillies franchise. I had one of the worst innings I've ever played in the history of The Show in a game against the Nationals yesterday. It was absolutely horrendous. I couldn't get anyone out. Here's how the 5th inning of this game unfolded with Kyle Kendrick on the mound.
Ian Desmond singled to RF.
Adam LaRoche singled to CF.
Wilson Ramos singled to LF.
Steve Lombardozzi grand slam to RF.
Stephen Strasburg singled to LF.
Denard Span walked.
Ryan Zimmerman singled to LF.
Bryce Harper lined and deflected of the first basemen for a single. Strasburg scores.
Luis Garcia comes in from the bullpen.
Jayson Werth grand slam to CF.
Ian Desmond singled to RF.
Adam LaRoche strikes out.
Ian Desmond steals 2B.
Wilson Ramos strikes out.
Steve Lombardozzi strikes out.
9 runs, 9 hits, 1 walk.
Horrendous but cool at the same time. Never had an inning like that happen to me ever, let alone give up 2 grand slams in the same inning.Comment

Re: ***Perfect Sliders 2013*** (HOF/AS)
Using these. AS Hitting Timing and HOF Meter Pitching. Tried HOF Hitting for quite some time but I am not good enough at this point. Or just too damn old. Only change I made was Human Control and Human Consistency are both at 0. The CPU will make life difficult on HOF if you are not on.Comment
