    I can tell you with QC you will probably have games you will draw 6-7 walks, some games 2-3.

    I actually had one game I drew 9 walks. It was pretty nuts.

    In full games I average 3 walks a game over the course of a 162 game season. I have been able to do this since MLB 12 with these settings.

    Thus far thru 50 games in my franchise playing exclusively with QC I am averaging 4 walks a game.

      Nice - I like hearing that with the full games. Drawing 5-6 walks isn't too unreasonable since MLB average is 3, so guys with weak control or a bad night (or a good eye by the hitter) - 5 isn't out of the question. Best walk taking team and worst walk allowing staff was around 4 BB per game.

      I like the sound of that. I'll have to plug in your control/consistency/strike freq (I hit on All-Star).

        Ok……I made what I feel will be the final adjustments barring any further patch adjustments in the future.


        +1 for CPU timing to default 5 (all sets)

        +1 to baserunner speed to 4 (all sets)

        -1 to injuries to 7 (all sets)

            FYI:

            I beleive the SB Ability slider is reversed. This is based on my own observations and especially Nomo's testing.

            If you have it at 8, I might suggest 2 personally.

            I have it at 0. Just sharing my man. I saw the tweak you made and wanted to share.

              from what I understand it is about recovery on steal attempts…..not so much about steal success from the initial attempt. I will check it out though.

                Hey for anyone not seeing enough Extra bases hits because of turbo Outfielders these are the changes I mad but remember I play on QC Allstar Hit and Pitch and assisted Fielding and Thanks again for the great Base A&S

                Sounds like you were having my exact issue ( everything a HR or Base hit no gappers and nothing down the lines right ?) so after 17 games of Testing on Allstar Level Pitch/Hit Quick Counts and Assisted Fielding here are my adjustments and why but with these changes you will see tons more animations now and extra base opportunity without messing up the stats and Adam Dunns wont get to every freaking ball .

                My 4 key adjustments

                Fielder Run Speed 2 ( doesnt get you more hits but opens up extras bases depending on real attributes and it now looks visually accurate too)
                Fielder Reaction 7
                Fielder Arm Strength 5
                Base runner Speed 5

                NOTE : These subtle adjustments wont give you more hits its just gonna give more opportunity to get extra bases off of a hit you already had .

                  Gonna have to make a note about this too (ordered the game today, so hopefully I'll get it soon).

                  I dropped fielder speed to like 0 in MLB13 because zones that were hard to defend in real life aren't so much in the game - even at 0 it's still not as good as I'd like, but I can't imagine it on default.

                  I put reaction on 4 in MLB13 and that gave me a lot of "effort plays" (probably because they couldn't just zip there), which made things more exciting at least...except when it's Trout robbing hits from me...*mutter*

                    Yeah its pretty obvious on visual alone but then stat wise its concrete as I saw it on both versions so it needs to be blended and I actually had mentioned even at 0 FLD speed is too fast lol but I deleted that .

                    IMO FLD reaction need higher levels as its really a Infielder slider so you dont wanna see tons of hits squeaking through the Infield so at 7 it holds that integrity combined with attributes very well but once again I have to thank A&S as I could never paint the picture he does as it allows me to enjoy this game I couldnt have before and QC just makes it even better

                        I really wanted Arm strength at 4 for the OF but it was a possible issue with Infield play so it is what it is and SCEA should really make separate hu/cpu sliders for those Fielder sliders ect .

                        Oh and on Movement/Batting/timing ect I find the view and angle you choose are just a important as say pitch speed as its all perception and how you see the flight of the ball and I would kill myself on HOF classic pitch but QC really makes the headaches of classic pitching for me go away .

                          I usually dont post as im more of an observant person, but i just couldnt help myself this time. These sliders are absolutely incredible. I used to play with zone hitting/meter pitching on legend but the game became so watered for me that i wanted a change. I decided to bite the bullet and try these sliders out and i am 100% certain that im never looking back. I just played the strangest game ive ever played. Nearly got no-hit by Jose Fernandez to being 5 ft short of hitting a go ahead 3R HR in the 8th. All topped off by a 3 error 8th by me in which 4 runs scored and pretty much ended the game. I never know what's going to happen every time i hit that "X" button to start the game......which is the #1 reason why baseball is the greatest game on the planet.

                          P.S. Its a pretty nerve racking feeling when a guy is dealing and takes a no-no into the 8th on you.

                                Great sliders. I am really having fun with these. I play exactly how you do Armor with no displays, timing hitting, classic pitching, etc.

                                One little thing is I am not getting a lot of offense for my taste from both me and the CPU (mainly low batting average and runs the CPU especially hits weak grounders and pop ups). I have played about 20 games with your most recent changes. Would raising Solid Hits for ME and CPU to 4 work? I mean would that mess up the formula too much and affect other stats? Thanks for the awesome sliders and help.
