    One more question for you...

I'm gonna be playing using the Hybrid rosters, that shouldn't have an effect on anything right?

Anyone using these exact sliders on PS4? If you made changes, what changes?

          Yes they are.

What is the OSFM Hybrid you ask?

It is the OSFM Full Minors with a full ratings re-rate. It gives a uniform blanket rating system that brings everything together and makes very realistic game play.

The stats we use are ZiPs preseason ratings created by Dan Szymborski, they are gathered into a spreadsheet and formulated to match ratings values in the game.

That's going to be tough to answer, dude. Player ratings definitely have an affect on how the sliders will play out, especially since my sliders are based on Classic Pitching/Timing Hitting. Both of those utilize player ratings more than any of the other hitting/pitching interfaces in the game. All testing was done using one of the original SCEA updates when the game was first released, which is what the OSFM Opening Day Rosters are based on. If it were me, I'd stick to those, but if you're dead set on using the Hybrid rosters, I'd suggest monitoring your stats pretty closely.

            Good luck!!!

Just got moved into a new place. Hopefully now I can start being more active on here lol doing a Blue Jays Franchise, really liking it so far, and enjoying the sliders I have everything the same on the First Page.

I loss the series to the Rays so Im starting out 1-3, they were close games though, usually loss cause stuck out too much or couldnt capitalize with RISP.

But look for quite a few games to be posted tonight!!

I'd have to see stats from your boxscores before making any suggestions. Slider testing is a process, dude. You can't really get an accurate feel for them until after about 25 games, at the MINIMUM.

Ok no problem... I'm gonna test out your sliders with the Hybrid rosters... I post my box scores in here when I get started with my Franchise.

Honestly after the re-rates for Hybrid the players attribute #'s aren't that much different then OSFM base.

If that's the case, then roll with the Hybrid!!! I'm always a bit weary slider testing with Hybrid rosters, because the re-rated attributes are so much different from the original roster sets. But if you're saying that they're not much different, then I don't think you'll have any problems.

Look forward to seeing your stats/boxscores!!!

Although my offense isn't performing EXACTLY the way I want them to (statistically speaking), I feel that if I get a few of my guys on hot streaks, then my offense will start to turn around. I'm currently middle of the pack in most offensive categories, although I'm afraid to check what my batting average is with RISP.

If you're looking for more hits and HRs, then yes, raising Contact and Power will help. Personally, I'm getting around 9 hits/game in my franchise, which is in the top 10 in the Majors. There was a time when I was in the top ten in homeruns as well, but I've gone through a dry spell lately.

Again, to each his own. If you want to raise the sliders, feel free to do so. Monitor the stats for about ten games, and check if they're where you want them to be at. If they are, you're golden!!!
If you don't mind Itbeme I would like to jump in here also with my 2 cents about the hitting. As you can see Itbeme might not be tearing the cover off the ball at this moment but any series or any game the Dodgers will start knocking it around.

Take a look at the boxscores that I have been putting up as the M's. They have been killing it the past 19 game until i went into the Astros series. Then they went cold. So you have to play it out and if matchs to what you expect baseball to be then yeah keep them. If not then change it. A good rule of thumb is a Team will avg around 9 hits/game and 4 runs/game. Go to baseball reference.com and take a look at past seasons there it will give you a good sense of what is going on.

O's vs Brewers (ME) using Hybrid rosters.

                            BAL 0 4 1
                            MIL 5 12 1

                            BAL Strike % - 71% (I swung at a bunch of garbage)
                            MIL Strike % - 63%

                            BAL 0 Xtra base hits
MIL 3 Xtra base hits - Segura, Gomez, Weeks all 2Bs

I walked 3 batters with Lohse pitching.

Not too bad for 1st game with these sliders!

Itbeme, I tried your sliders on a friends ps3 after I really liked their look and the logic behind them (I only own the ps4 show). I loved them, and you have a slider convert.

Do you have any ps4 change suggestions? I saw you sold your original, so any thoughts would still be great. If not, I will start with these as a ps4 base.

Phone searching the forums meant I may have missed this information - apologies if this is the case

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! That's rough, man. I played a game against the Twins last night, and I only had a run on 4 hits, and I thought THAT was bad. I haven't experienced the misery of a no-no against me just yet. On a positive note, it seems like your offense is starting to even off a bit after your hot start. That means good things for the sliders.

I'd like to see a little bit more detailed stats, if possible. If you can, try to include first pitch and overall strike percentages, strikeouts, walks, and hits/at-bats. That way if changes do need to be made, I can make suggestions based on the results you're getting.

Do you have any ps4 change suggestions? I saw you sold your original, so any thoughts would still be great. If not, I will start with these as a ps4 base.

Thanks for the props, man! I've read in different threads that the sliders from current gen don't transfer very well to next-gen, as was the case with NBA 2K14 when I had my PS4. You would probably be a better judge on how the sliders are playing, because I'm pretty much flying blind since I don't have a PS4. I'd love to see your stats/boxscores though! Feel free to post them if you get the chance.
