All along, the line being towed was "...won't be releasing an unfinished product" and "...out when they're out," and now there's a sudden 180 post-release.

No different than the Xbox One, you can blame principles of marketing and economics (and ergo, the consumers) for releasing the roster before it's complete all you want, but at the end of the day, it's still an unfinished project that no one is entirely happy with.

Good players, I know, but not players I'd expect to be that highly rated.
individual ratings are higher than SCEAS

its actually a good thing because it will keep the league from going wonkers with a bunch of draft picks a little longer..as far as dozier goes, you give a 2b any power and their like a 90 ovr lol...speed rating is apparently heavy in ovr aswell ---almost like awareness in other sports games

I do know that MLB The Show has always calculated OVR's pretty weirdly. I wouldn't really even look at OVR's and just focus on individual attributes.

I'm not disappointed with my ratings.. I would of liked to get all equip edits in and touched up some more faces.. But honestly the roster is ready to go.. If u don't like it use something else..

Did I say I didn't like it? has anyone really said they didn't like it? you can't react to every bit of non-positive criticism like a baby as you have this entire time.

I sincerely thank you for your work and I'll enjoy these rosters as much as any I've ever downloaded, I'm sure. I'm very grateful for all your work, but you need to stop the classic South Park "if you don't like it, you can get out" bullcrap.

No one. I doubt that. Even if we waited 2 more weeks until Cal was at a point that he felt it was a "Finished Product" "Someone" would not be entirely happy.

A massive amount of work was done to get to this point , which other than equip edits is mostly complete other than trying to tweak face edits and a couple other things.

Feel free to adjust rosters as you like.

Glad to see the roster out!

Did I read correctly that the Machado in this roster is not the SCEA version, so he won't have the previous stats?

I just have been following the thread and tho i haven't got a chance to fire up the psi and dl these yet, I'm pretty shocked by some of the negativity. I read as you guys begged him to release these and now some, not all, have the nuts to upstage what he put out...for you....for free?

These rosters take a long time, I've edited my own a ton. I'm glad to be able to push a button and get a great roster that I didn't have to put any effort into.
So when he says 'you don't like it? Don't dl it' ...make perfect sense...no one on these forums owes anyone else anything except maybe a spread of gratitude. So if you don't like it...make your own

Nice rosters. One thing, are any of the original SCEA players imported over? Also for Masahiro Tanaka, it seems the announcer no longer announces his name. I think he was the only player SCEA added to have the announcers say his name for the players that were added after the release of the game.

Also cool that you added some of the japanese players as FAs. I follow japanense baseball and there are some good ones that will potentially come over maybe in a few years time. Pitchers Shohei Otani, Shintaro Fujinami and Yusei Kikuchi come to mind but they are still very young.
