Personally, I could care less about faces but that's just me. I'd rather have the audio and correct stances, equipment and service time for them.

Re: 2015 Chicago Cubs
It pains me too much to speak on this so I will instead direct you to my previous post.
So basically, we won't have our new Wrigley Field in game until next year, but next year will have more renovations too, so we won't have the up to date Wrigley Field in the game until 2020? Is that what you are saying?Comment

That said, it may be a good time to redo my roster. I will have one posted later tonight when I get home.Comment

Re: 2015 Chicago Cubs
Also as a note I have been using the ratings spreadsheet as my base that the OSFM crew wants the roster makers to use. Some players aren't on there, but I kept them in line with those ratings, plus they are fairly low level prospects so it might not matter at all. So keep that in mind that the ratings may be different in scale from past years as the team is using a new system. For any ratings system to work all players need to be on the same type of scale so I will keep to their system. Ridin posted about this in one of the OSFM threads and I agree that even if you don't like the new system you need to use it so that all the teams are on the same ratings system.Last edited by MrOldboy; 04-03-2015, 08:10 PM.Comment

Re: 2015 Chicago Cubs
Don't worry about what level I assign these guys to, it is just a way for my mind to work to organize it all, and it is probably just a lot closer to how I will organize them when the roster releases. This time I will do the normal MLB:25, AAA:25, AA:25, and A:15. I made this list using the Chicago, Iowa, and Tennessee roster along with the top 30 prospects according to MLB.com, and a bunch of research on top of all of my current knowledge of the team. I also compared what level they are currently assigned to compared to what level they played last year and some other factors to determine who should be on the 90 man. I will also include some extras in the end I would like to see on the "Cubs Extras" roster.
MLB:
SP Jon Lester
SP Jake Arrieta
SP Jason Hammel
SP Kyle Hendricks
SP Travis Wood
SP Edwin Jackson
CP Hector Rondon
RP Pedro Strop
RP Jason Motte
RP Neil Ramirez
RP Justin Grimm
RP Phil Coke
C Miguel Montero
C David Ross
C Welington Castillo
1B Anthony Rizzo
2B Tommy La Stella
2B Arismendy Alcantara
3B Mike Olt
SS Starlin Castro
LF Chris Coghlan
LF Chris Denorfia
CF Dexter Fowler
CF Matt Szczur
RF Jorge Soler
AAA:
SP Tsuyoshi Wada
SP Dallas Beeler
SP Eric Jokisch
SP Barret Loux
SP CJ Edwards
CP Blake Parker
RP Drake Britton
RP Donn Roach
RP Gonzalez Germen
RP Brian Schlitter
RP Francisley Bueno
RP Armando Rivero (CP)
C Rafael Lopez
C Taylor Teagarden
1B Chris Valaika
2B Javier Baez
2B Andrew Ely
3B Kris Bryant
3B Christian Villanueva
SS Jonathan Herrera
LF Junior Lake
LF Adron Chambers
CF Jae-Hoon Ha
RF Ryan Sweeney
RF Mike Baxter
AA:
SP Andres Santiago
SP Corey Black
SP Pierce Johnson
SP Ivan Pineyro
SP Rob Zastryzny
SP Jen-Ho Tseng
RP Jorge De Leon
RP Zac Rosscup
RP Jeffrey Antigua
RP Carlos Pimentel
RP Yoanner Negrin
RP Joe Ortiz
C Kyle Schwarber
C Victor Caratini
1B Dustin Geiger
1B Dan Vogelbach
2B Ryan Dent
3B David Bote
SS Addison Russell
SS Elliot Soto
LF Billy McKinney
LF Jonathan Mota
CF Albert Almora
CF John Andreoli
RF Ariel Ovando
A:
SP Jacob Turner (DL)
SP Duane Underwood
SP Paul Blackburn
RP Anthony Carter
RP Trey McNutt
RP Daniel Bard
RP Matt Brazis
CP Frank Batista
C Willson Contreras
2B Logan Watkins (DL)
3B Jeimer Candelario
SS Gleyber Torres
LF Mark Zagunis (C)
CF Kevonte Mitchell
RF Eloy Jimenez
Players I would like to see on the "Cubs Extras" roster are:
SP Daurry Torrez
SP Trevor Clifton
SP Jake Stinnett
P Carson Sands
P Justin Steele
SP Lars Huijer
SP Jonathan Martinez
RP Hunter Cervenka
RP Erling Moreno
C Cael Brockmeyer
RF Jeffrey Baez
-Including my extra players, there are 101 players listed.
-You could make an argument for C Taylor Davis to be included instead of Willson Contreras, he played at a higher level than Contreras and hit respectably there. I would still rather have Contreras or Brockmeyer though.
-There are still so many AAA relief pitchers (20 to be exact), it is really diluting the player pool all the way down to the "A" level. Once they start getting sent below AAA and even AA, I would like to see more of these pitching prospects added to the roster. Trevor Clifton is worth an "A" level roster spot a lot more than someone like Anthony Carter, even if he is at a 50 overall rating.
-I have 44 pitchers on this list.
-Once again, just want to clarify, I am not lobbying for these players to be at the levels listed above, it is just an easy way for me to organize things.
Hope this is helpful, let me know if you need anything else.Comment
