    Re: 2015 Yankees OSFM

Alright, we're really shooting to get the Yankees portion in on Sunday, one week from today. That means we'll all have to really work together. I know everyone has their own schedules and stuff going on, so let me know if this sounds decent.

    Tuesday
We get the game and I have the ratings/info done. I'll then start a franchise with cpu roster control on and carry it forward from '14 to '15. Then I'll export all the necessary players so we have a base roster for the Yankees.

I'll send the roster to og236 for equipment. If we have anyone for faces at that time, I'll probably have them do faces for the new guys while og236 does equipment for existing guys.

    Wednesday - Saturday
og236 works on equipment. jrock528 works on stances (and maybe pitching motions?) and updates the spreadsheet. I'll run sims to test the ratings and also work on stances/motions. If we don't have anyone else for faces, I'll have og236 do the equipment for the new guys first so he can send them to me as early as possible and I'll also do some face work. Hopefully everyone can send me their completed sections sometime on Saturday.

    Sunday
I'll put the entire roster together, update all the stances/motions based on the spreadsheet, and make any necessary adjustments to the ratings/potentials based on the simulations. Then I'll send it in to Ridin and Willard and they'll begin the huge import process to get the OSFM and Hybrid sets ready for release.

How does that sound to everyone? Feel free to let me know if I'm sounding like a control freak. I don't want to boss people around, I just know we're on a tight schedule and it might help all of us if we're on the same page. If anyone wants to take anything else on just let me know.

    Thank you.

Works good for me, any specific order you would like equipment done? Minor leaguers first? Major leaguers first? By position?

We won't be touching any of the major leaguers, just the players with no MLB experience who aren't in the SCEA roster. There may be a group of guys that would ideally be done first (those not in the '14 OSFM set), but I'll let you know for sure on Tuesday when I send you the roster.

So is Jacob Lindgren a closer or reliever? Also are Betances and Miller closers? Cause if not, then the Yankees don't have an actual "closer"

I'm not sure how Betances and Miller are labeled. Lindgren could be either, I'll probably make him a closer for now. Maybe even put someone like Rumbelow there as well.

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you could give me some suggestions on the batting stances for Greg Bird. I found 10 batting stances, which can be argued are similar. They are:

                  Veteran 160
                  Billy Butler
                  Jeff Cirillo
                  Juan Francisco
                  Scott Hatteberg
                  Chris Ianetta
                  David Lough
                  Eric Sogard
                  Jamile Weeks
                  Joey Votto

Personally, i find the Votto stance to be most like him.
Let me know what you guys think is the best. It would be very helpful. Thanks!

Yea from what I seen of Bird I think the Votto stance is the most accurate one

I'll be pretty busy tonight and tomorrow night, but I'll try to take a quick look. Thanks for working on these and updating the spreadsheet, I already see a couple in there.

Cool. I will try to do some more work today although I will probably be most free to work on the spreadsheet tomorrow (lots of homework lol). Just watched Brendan Ryan get carried off the field, never like seeing people get hurt, but maybe Refsnyder can make it to the big league roster opening day with Ryan and Pirela probably out.

Thanks. Fortunately it looks like he's already in the game so we won't have to create him.

Okay I know this is probably not the proper place to do this, but I for some reason am unable to make a thread, and I figured this thread is probably my best bet. Do any of you real good CAP makers out there have a good formula for a mid-90's era Andy Pettitte? I want to make a RTTS player that is supposed to actually be Andy Pettitte, basically recreate his career. I can handle equipment, attire, pitches, and probably ratings. It's mainly face and head morphing that I'm looking for, I am terrible in that regard. Any help is appreciated. Again, I apologize for being off topic.

I also didn't catch "Gregorio " getting auto corrected but it's a moot point. And I can indeed confirm he's in the game
