I do not have permission to PM yet, but I have a few suggestions to make to the OSFM player ratings that you guys have compiled. Being a die-hard Mets fan, I specifically explored what was posted for these players. Here are some things I suggest changing:

Juan Lagares: Speed (85->70), Reaction (91->97), FLD AB (80->90)
Kirk N.: FLD AB (72->82)
Brandon Allen: Speed (72->58)
Wilmer Flores: Speed (40->52)
Daniel Murphy: Speed (48->58)

While I appreciate that you are a fan of the team and probably have seen these guys play more than I have, you've really got to come with some tangible data to influence the ratings. Even the speed and defense ratings going into the Hybrid this year are based on data, not subjective things like eyeballing it (unless there's no data available). You can always edit this on your copy after downloading if it's important to you.

And let this be a lesson to fans of other teams, not directed at anyone specifically, that insisting your guys' ratings are too low isn't going to go anywhere unless you can back it up somehow. We've put A LOT of effort into ratings, so much moreso than many probably realize, and we are loathe to change it without a really good reason.

Note that none of this post really applies to the base OSFM which will have SCEA ratings.

Total Noob here, but will Khris Bryant be in the original roster when the game drops on Tues? I'm not a total baseball nut, but I love this game. Im just not sure if the guys in the minors are actually in the game or they're just cpu generated...

Hey Willard I'm working on the Yanks equipment. What are we doing in regards for players who wear brands of cleats that are not in the game?

Just popping it to see if there are any face guys who would like tackle a group of Yankees prospects this week. We have roughly 25 or so right now who weren't in '14. I don't mind trying to do some myself, but I don't know if the quality will be up to the standards of this project.

Thanks Willard, I'll finalize the list when I get home this evening and send it to you. It includes a number of alternates, so I'm not sure if you'd prefer to hold off on the faces until you know which of them you'll need for the final set.

Oh, one more question. I updated the position players from the WIP roster and then I went into a game to check out their hitting tendencies. Unfortunately it looks like the OSFM set from last year is off in that regard for the Yankees hitters. Is that a concern? Obviously it would be preferable not to have to recreate all those players from scratch.

Just give me a list of guys you need currently for the set. As for hitting tendencies, if you change the hitting handiness and then back it will change that.
