Re: OS94 (MLB 15) Topic
A couple things I found today while playing. Brett Butler's handedness is wrong. He should be Throw L and Bat left. He is throwing right in the roster.
And I heard the radio show call Ruben Sierra "robin". I looked to make sure and there IS a Reuben listed in the audio section. Spelled a bit differently but it's pronounced Ruben.
Also I noticed Glenn Wilson from the free agents has a Slap follow through. I am pretty sure that is incorrect and a case of being imported over from 2014. I remember seeing issues with slap follow through in the forums.
And one last one, I know there is no pitch f/x and such from that time period but even though Frank Tanana threw lots of curves and offspeed stuff I read his fastball was around 88 mph or so around the time of his retirement. Not 80 as it is in the game. I bumped up his 4SM for my franchise I am playing.
I am loving the roster though. Just letting you know what I am finding. Or if you want I can stop sending corrections.Comment

Phil, do you have any Download Links available for rosters where the online vault access has been disabled?Comment

Re: OS94 (MLB 15) Topic
Hey, long time no update here.
Thanks Jermars, I appreciate the feedback, and yes this was PS3 originally.
And I MAY have MLB 14 roster files still, but I DO have saved Franchises with many of MLB 14's top historical mods to use for source material, so that's preserved, we can just load them in MLB 15.
About the update. I always said I'd get this done and would never use a Dog Ate My Homework type of excuse. And it's still getting done. But what can I say, the dog ate my homework. That is, my Chromebook's keyboard died, and that was my primary tool for doing these. I will try to use a USB keyboard with it, don't know if it'll work. Now, I have a tablet, which can help me do research and calculations, but I'll have to go back to pen & paper to take notes because I HATE typing a lot on a tablet.
Also, I've played Civilization V quite a bit, but I got it out of my system now, I'm back to this.Comment

Re: OS94 (MLB 15) Topic
My setup is extremely ghetto but USB keyboard and USB mouse on the Chromebook works fine.
I think I've lost the list of guys I added in this one so far. Heh, who cares, I posted how many I added in here, I'll just add to that number.
Just going through the roster and it hits me: all I've got left to add, really, are total scrubs. A LOT of them. Considering just adding more of the 1995-1996-1997 drafts in there instead.
Wish we could import draft classes.Last edited by Phil Parent; 07-29-2015, 07:34 PM.Comment

Re: OS94 (MLB 15) Topic
Updating: The next version will have around 400 new players, from Ichiro to Derek Livernois. BTW, Ichiro will be rated 70 at 20 years old, and will be a free agent, as I have all the Japanese players. Might be a good idea to get him.
I've went ahead and added more prospects for now. I have 17 and 16 years olds in despite the fact we can't make them younger than 18. I've also added a handful of 15 years olds, but théy had to have B potential or better. Debating if I put them with the team that held their rights or would be he first to hold them or the team they eventually signed with: Exemple: Eric Gagne could be on either the White Sox or the Dodgers.
This next version will also have full revamped economics and fixes for bugs.Last edited by Phil Parent; 08-02-2015, 11:26 AM.Comment

I'm having a lot of fun with these rosters, especially the Braves.
The one issue I noticed is that Bip Roberts of the Padres is black, but he's shown as a white guy in the game.Comment

Re: OS94 (MLB 15) Topic
As well you damn should be! I'm still working on this and I'm confirming a port to MLB 16, if Export Players from Franchise mode is still in.
Montreal, Baltimore, Boston, NY Yankees and Toronto now have full 90-man rosters.
No ETA for next release but it might be when I got a full 90-man roster for everybody. And then work would start on improving appearances.Comment
