Ah right.... So currently using the default rosters not all the players are real... Cheers man. Well I will wait till these are released and start again. Do you have set r franchise rules and sliders with these roster set like simworldgaming does for the nba 2k15 game on the x1

In years past, I think they do release setting sliders for these roster. I don't know about this year yet.

Ok... So I'm new to MLB (and baseball in general as I'm from the UK lol) but I'm really enjoying my first ever franchise as the Nationals. I get it from the love here that these are the best rosters out there but what makes them so great? Is it worth it to scrap my chise and start again?

Let's be honest...are the OSFM rosters awesome? Yes, they are. However, if you are new to the sport, you're going to lack familiarity with these minor league players so they might not resonate with you as much as the major league players are not going to be changed in this roster from what you are using now. So, in one sense, you might not get as much out of them as someone that follows the sport closely. On the other hand, this is a good way to begin learning more about the young guys as they work their way through the farm system.

Don't scrap your franchise right away....you just might find that you are enjoying it equally well to anything you start with OSFM.

Gentleman, I am very new to this site. A friend of mine introduced me to it. I have played the show for many years now but never used a created roster just default rosters. I was wondering if roster were available to anyone , is a donation required and how to download them etc. I have been reading posts for awhile now and very impressed with the lengths you guys are going to for making the 90 man rosters. If someone could direct me on the protocol for getting rosters it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I honestly don't know who 99.9% of the minor league players are but I really prefer to use these rosters. They get rid of the weird CPU created players such as pitchers who have a 98 mph fastball as their first pitch and a 68 mph knuckleball as their second.

They are free to download as soon as they're released. They hope to have them out tonight, so as soon as they're released, there'll be a big announcement and you can then find them in the roster vault on the game with the name being something like... OSFM Rosters.

Not to mention within minutes of release they'll shoot straight to the top of most downloaded sets in the vault...for good reason.

No donation is require my man, This is free to everyone. We don't do this for the money, we do this because we love the Game of Baseball and the Show very much. In order to download them, you need to go to the Roster vault on PS3, Vita, or PS4.

I've had my Vita in my pocket while I'm home to check for OSFM every hour or so. Lol. Don't download the fakes and copycats tho. A few people out there trying to pass of crap as OSFM. I just dislike and move on.

Well whatta day this is shaping up to be...

Day off from work, the sun is shining bright, its 60 degrees here in Maine for the first time in about a year and I'll get to play with the OS rosters! Looking forward to it fellas. Again, cant say enough thanks for the work that everyone puts in every year on these. It really brings the game up a level. I only wish I was good at creating and editing guys so I could help, but alas, I am 1000% garbage at it.

Cant wait to see em in the vault!

I'm another one of those types on this site who don't post much, but just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the roster makers. All of you make this game so much more fun for a baseball nerd like me who edits rosters throughout the summer so they're mirroring real life in my franchise. It's always so fun to me when a trade happens and I can do the exact same trade in franchise because you guys have already included the prospects and minor leaguers involved.

The fact that you went from having a deadline last Sunday and potentially having the rosters out tonight in one week is astounding and a testament to all your hard work and commitment.
