You are completely wrong about wanting to have stock contracts. You need the real contracts or franchise is completely unrealistic. For example if I'm the Rays who have no budget I can trade for Albert Pujols and ARod who probably have 5 million dollar contracts in the game. When in reality that trade could never happen because they are both making about 30 million. With stock deals you can trade for anyone which destroys the realism. Someone will edit the deals and put a modified OSFM roster out so whether or not the official roster has them doesn't matter.

What's the verdict on this issue around player salaries? Will osfm have actual salaries or stock salaries? What is better for franchise?

Nomar Mazara's swing as well as Lewis Brinson are in the prospect swing list. I have most of the prospect swing list named. I watch a ton of MILB games so I have grown pretty good at following as well as I played high school as well as on scholly (Community College, pretty much was hit pretty good in college) and have paid attention to enough swings as a former pitcher in the media rooms before games to decipher swings. I had all of them named last year before people were called up and was 100% on target with the ones that were used. That's the best I can do for a resume unless you want to YouTube for hours looking at every nuance to a swing from rotation of hips, positioning of legs in box, mechanics of the of the legs through the swing, and bat head control. Anyways just saying that:

I am sure I will be made fun of plenty for this post and probably deserve it with the fact I spent so much time looking at these trying to figure them out like puzzles. I am a baseball geek. Thanks if you do add them obviously after checking them. If you want the rest of the list I would be more than happy to post it. Also sincere thanks for doing this, it creates the realness that embodies this game that is left out because the MILB doesn't have a union and the players can't join until they have at least one AB. You all do a tremendous job. Rarely even a small edit is ever needed which is a testament to quality. God bless and thanks for all you do. I can help if y'all ever need another person to take some burden off. Have a good one and look forward to the release. I wish people would take into account that each of you have personal life's full of happiness, tragedy, and other busy work to do besides just this. It's not like you can focus 100% of the time to it. Anyone whom gripes about the ETA should try building a roster on their own. It's forever consuming. Be blessed y'all from Texas.

I like having real contracts, here is the way around it. If you make a player worse and then start a franchise, he will want less money and be more satisfied with his contract relative to real life. Made mccutchen 81ovr, wanted 12 million, after i did that and then made him a 94 overall again and he still wanted 12 mill and i paid him 14 mill so he is very happy, also worked with tony watson. hope that helped.


The problem is that year 2 there is no way to stop them from wanting less money.

Can't wait for these to be done! Never start a franchise mode until these are out!
Gonna change it up from my Twins this year I think... A very good young roster makes it a little too easy haha

Total speculation, but Knight is uploading historic rosters, they must be close-ish

I wouldn't read into that.

When I'm at work....I don't have my editing "work station" to actually edit players.....so I just spent time fooling around in the game and exporting/importing my 1975 set from '15.
