I think he was made last year right?

I usually take a bunch if the extras and put them over the FAs who will never be on another team.


Anyway, the Yankees do have a lot of SS prospects but I don't think that's a reason to cut them out. I think it's a lot more fun when you have the flexibility to move guys or do as you wish.

I went ahead and created a 90-man roster I think I'm going to aim at having in my franchise. I went and combined together 7 different prospect lists to generate what ended up being a top 55 prospect list. Then I went ahead and looked at the current minor league rosters and player use thus far in the season and figured out who should be included. My basic premise was the MLB and AAA being accurate and AA being a combination of current AA starters and top A players and the rest filling in the A roster.

(The numbers is what prospect rank they were)

Of course I know I'll probably have to tweak this based on positional issues.

Which roster is yours gonna be based off of? V1 or 1.1 or ???

It's not based on any roster, it's just a regular roster with some extra Yankees. You can just export them and import them into any roster you want to use.

It's up now, called Yankees Extras under Sink4ever. Let me know if anyone runs into any issues with it.

Took a quick peek, looks great, Sink! Did you drop everyone on the Yankees or did you drop a couple on other teams too? I think you dropped some on the Orioles last year.

I'm all for anything that gives me a head start. I don't plan on doing any CAPS myself. (I just don't have the time anymore). I used to do all this type of stuff for Hardball, High Heat, OOTP now I just rely on guys who probably can do a much better job than I can anymore. LOL. I usually amass what I can get and then spend about 1 night doing my tweaks.

As far as Mateo is concerned. A 70 rating is really fine. For starters, look how he hit in spring training. He would hit well if in the majors today. He is only down and not rapidly rising through the system since Gregorious is up and there is time to develop Mateo. Also his crazy speed inflates his overall.

Is Johnny Barbato an SCEA rated player? If so, would his rating be adjusted for the Hybrid for whenever that comes out? He is absolute fire. His ERA is still 0...

Looks good! Just to make sure these guys are rated appropriately and not just name/pos place holders right?

I don't know what I was thinking on my 90 man but 1) I have a 2nd Olson that should be Chapman and 2) I left 5 spots out so I have some room now.
