He will also make post from time to time to try & let us know where things stand as well. He's got a ton of work on his hands doing it all by himself.

Just going by the 1st post, this roster just might have the most work done to it than any other roster out there that has been released or will be released. Thanks!

Re: MLB on FOX: 2016 OPENING DAY ROSTERS with Inside Edge Ratings

Step 5: (All triple A players have been imported on to there team. I just half to update there info)

Start setting the TRIPLE A 25 MAN ROSTERS. Put in the names for all missing players by checking to see if they have any service time, make sure there names in data base, height and weight is matched with mlb.com and there age is correct with mlb reference.

Set the 25 Man AAA rosters with what I have saved from April 4th PC folder. Import any missing players that made there teams AAA Roster and be sure to add in there projected ratings and do pitch edits for the pitchers imported onto roster.

          (a) Then make sure to check jersey numbers, height and weight, age and make sure there names added to the data base.

          (b) Make sure pitchers all have 3/4 sleeves.

          (c) Make sure all batters have above elbow shirts.

I am currently doing Triple A making sure all the players info is all correct from there age, jersey minor league #, height, weight, fixing there positions, checking to see if there a Starter or Relief pitcher and I occasionally will touch up a face if I feel it needs it.

So far ORIOLES - INDIANS have been done.

to me this is totally uncalled for he will get the rosters done when he does, as is said in earlier posts that there are plenty of other rosters out there so use those but please do not treat a roster maker like this because he could not do it. No what's hilarious, is that you might not be here long and UOENO.

ON ANOTHER NOTE: I agree these rosters have taken a while. I didn't pay attention to the dates until your comments.

I made a little video to show that there is actually a roster being worked on for anyone that doubts the work being made on this project. So I hope this answers any questions anyone may have or was curious about. Enjoy the video guys.

Just remember this is still a work in progress.

I never thought this roster wasn't being worked on. The best thing to say is "This is one big tease" haha I really am looking forward to this roster man. I appreciate all the hard work and patience you are putting into this, the patience of waiting has been hard, but can't imagine the patience and work of creating a roster from start to finish. Enjoyed the video, it makes me more excited.

re: MLB on FOX: 2016 OPENING DAY ROSTERS RELEASED

In the official SCEA roster update for July 1st included some massive shifts in ratings that week in MLB The Show 16.

No players were bumped to reach the Gold or Diamond tiers, and only one player fell out of the latter and into the former.

Seattle Mariners - Dae-Ho Lee was long overdue for some ratings upgrades after not having been touched since his introduction into the game in mid-April. He’s gone up 9 points to 72 Overall with big shifts to Contact vs Righties (+16), Power vs Lefties (+15), and Power vs Righties (+13). Surprisingly his Contact vs Lefties though remains at a low rating of 54. Overall he’s batting .283 with a home run now at every 15 at-bats this season after hitting 323 homers in Korea.

Boston Red Sox - David Price is the one player who tumbled from Diamond to Gold with by dropping 2 points to 91 Overall. That comes from a 10 point drop in the HR/9 category. Price has given up 15 home runs this season and that’s just 2 away from reaching his total for last year.

Chicago Cubs - Kris Bryant gets a strong move up gaining 2 points to 91 Overall. For batting .275 with 21 homers this season he’s been rewarded with Power vs Lefties (+9), Power vs Righties (+6), and both Contact vs Lefties and Plate Vision (+3).

Other notable movers include Josh Donaldson (+1 to 96), Jose Fernandez (+1 to 95), Jake Arrieta (-1 to 95), Madison Bumgarner (+1 to 94), Jay Bruce (+2 to 83), Adam Warren (+4 to 81), Trevor Bauer (+4 to 80), Patrick Corbin (-3 to 79), Clay Buchholz (-3 to 77), Matt Bush (+12 to 76), Tyler Naquin (+7 to 73), and Cam Bedrosian (+10 to 73).

re: MLB on FOX: 2016 OPENING DAY ROSTERS RELEASED

Even though last week only had a few days worth of games due to the All-Star Break a roster update was still provided for MLB The Show 16 on July 15th.

The most significant jump would at first appear to be with Yoenis Cespedes who’s gone from a 89 all the way up to 95 . No attributes of his however were altered – the only thing that changed is a position move to left field, but he will remain in CF on MLB on FOX Rosters leaving him with a overall of 89.

Notable movers this week include Johnny Cueto (+1 to 92), Koji Uehara (becomes CP), Kelvin Herrera (becomes CP), Brandon Belt (+2 to 85), Kyle Hendricks (+2 to 85), Christian Yelich (+1 to 85), Matt Harvey (-3 to 85), Chris Archer (-2 to 84), Dexter Fowler (-2 to 83), Didi Gregorius (+3 to 81), Joaquin Benoit (-4 to 80), Max Kepler (+7 to 76), and Sandy Leon (+12 to 69).

                        * Special thanks to Pastapadre for the write up, and a special note is that any position changes made by SCEA will not be done in the MLB on FOX ROSTERS as the positions are already set for OPENING DAY.

re: MLB on FOX: 2016 OPENING DAY ROSTERS RELEASED

Just so this does not confuse anyone. MLB on FOX ROSTERS are based off the default roster, ratings for real SCEA players. Any rookies who have played up to this point will have there current SCEA ratings. I update the player changes in ratings each week based off the SCEA roster update for that week.

Some ratings for pitchers will be a point or 2 higher or lower than what you will see on the SCEA rosters because of the pitch edits done by me and there based off brooks baseball.

So basically I took the default roster and have updated the ratings since opening day until July 15th its like a stock roster but with pitch edits giving pitchers what they really throw and correct speeds and have updated the hitters as well to the latest ratings.

The plus side as well by doing this is all the players SCEA has removed since game has been out will be on this roster. Examples can be found below. Its not a full list who has been removed because a few more here and there each week get taken off, but again will be available on this roster set.

PLAYERS SCEA removed on the 4/25/16 Roster Update.

You do realize the glitches & problems that come with the SCEA default rosters? You have the HR glitch thing. You have the messed up Paul Clemens. You have a few other bugs & glitches that arise from using the default rosters. I hate to be the breaker of bad news about this because you have put in so much work.

The HR glitch can be easily worked around by officially playing the 1st game on the schedule. The Paul Clemens glitch wasn't fixed until a much later update. People can download a Paul Clemens CAP from the vault to fix this problem.

One other thing. Have you messed with player contracts at all or will they just be the default ones from the game? Sorry if you've already addressed this buddy. Thanks!

Thanks!
As far as I know none of these exist on these rosters, but I will double check again today. I have played several test games with these rosters and they play incredible and never had any issues with anything you mentioned.

Paul Clemens in OSFM and Hybrid was a created CAP that had a messed up contract an easy fix before you begin your franchise, but in this roster set I used the SCEA version with real career teams and stats.

There have been several patches that addressed some of the known issues as well, again I didn't take the very first roster update this is the true default roster when you reset them to default completely different, until these are released I wouldn't have any doubts and think there are issues like when the game was first released.

"This is not my first rodeo, I am fully aware of glitches and other things with these games before I even begin. I am very confident in my work and extremely knowledgeable of this game and baseball. They don't call me the Roster Guru for nothing".
