The real-life Braves through 20 games this year? (4-16). It's like I'm watching the season replay itself through my games in the Show lol. Nicely done guys! Looking forward to starting the Braves youth infusion as the season goes on and prospects start showing they're ready to move to the next level!
Sorry man. We'll have to make it a little less realistic next time for you, lol.

On another note (and, shhh don't spoil this in my franchise thread b/c I am a little ahead of where my last post is at), at the All-Star Break the real life Padres were 38-51. My record in my Padres chise at the All-Star Break? 38-51.

I am looking for a roster that has pitcher Edwin Diaz on the Mariners...
Does this one have him ?
SCEA is either too lazy or forgot about him !!!
He is still not in their updated rosters !!!

Has anyone released a 25 man version of this roster?

Will there be a mid season update with changed ratings and such?

Thanks for that. Nothing worse than having to take middle of the season rosters in terms of transactions and player movement into a new franchise

You had to spend 30 whole minutes related to this roster? Man I am so sorry. You must be awfully tired.

Luckily adding equipment takes 30 seconds per team.

                          Yeah, obviously.

I mean, but being serious for a second it's painfully obvious that most people don't have the slightest clue of how long and grueling turning out a decent roster actually is.

I started working on my ratings in January. You, me, and a few others took a couple of weeks only on equipment and that was still ongoing in June. And that was working at a pretty fast pace.

So, when people make, frankly, dumb comments (there's no gentle way to put this) or pay backhanded compliments that insinuate we don't do enough or that we need some advice on how to produce our own roster, it reflects poorly on the people who post those dumb comments. People who make comments like these deserve all of the tongue-in-cheek sarcasm and flak they receive and then some.

And people wonder where this entitled millennial talk comes from that makes some of us old-timers appear as though yelling at clouds? I can imagine some of these people if homeless later on in life (although I hope not!) taking issue with a soup kitchen providing them free soup that they send back because it doesn't include enough of their favorite type of bean or seasoning. It's like me inheriting a free sports car and being upset that it only has 450 horsepower instead of the 475 that I wanted. Probably best to keep that disappointment to myself so I don't come off some type off way.

I volunteered to simply plug in attributes (OSFM) for only one team 2-years ago & felt overloaded. The amount of time you roster makers put in is almost insane!!! I don't even use this hybrid set (too deep into a franchise) but DID take the time to download & check'em out... two enthusiastic thumbs WAY up, seriously!

Am I understanding correctly when I read that lineups have to be manually set when taking these rosters into a franchise for accuracy? With 30 team control? Or the CPU resets lineups? After 10 years this is still a thing?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're asking, but I'll give it a shot.

If you want the lineups to stick a certain way, then, yes you should be using 30-team control and have lineups set to manual. This is true for all rosters that you use, not just this one. The lineups are already set to Opening Day in this roster.

You would also want to make sure that all teams have 25 players on the 40-man roster as spring training ends, otherwise the cpu will mess with the lineups anyway. This is a 40-man roster.

In real life, lineups change all the time so I'm not really sure what you mean by the 10 years part...the lineups will probably look nothing like they do now in 10 years.
