Re: Spreadsheet - 40 Man Rosters with Injuries
Yea I can't say I mind about a few players not edited right. I wouldn't do the 40 man rosters over again because of it

Bluejay, you are the man for doing this sir!! I like to run my franchise with a clean slate like you do, so all I had to do when I downloaded your 40-man version of OSFM was add the 60-day DL guys to the 40-man for each team.. Such a time saver from having to do the 40-man for every team!! Thanks a lot bro!!

Re: Spreadsheet - 40 Man Rosters with Injuries
Hello all!
Below is a link to the 40 Man Roster spreadsheet with injuries via Google Docs. It shows all players not on the MLB roster thus far. Note I will edit it to show the full rosters when I get some time! You can save it as an Excel file if you want to do your own edits and what not.
I play with no 30 team control, so I edit the OSFM roster to include up-to-date 40 man rosters. Then I start my franchise, sim/play spring training and let compute automation take over what happens! If you play 30 team control and want real 40 man rosters throughout your season I think you just use the 25 man original OSFM and start your franchise, sim/play ST, then start regular season. Then you edit each teams 40 man roster.
I figured with OSFM dropping tonight, that this is the least I could do to give back to the community for all of their hard work with the roster set. I hope you all get some benefit from it.
Thanks!
PS: If anyone wants to help with editing the sheet throughout the year let me know!
Key:
Yellow - 10 Day DL
Red - 60
Blue - NOT with MLB 25 Man Roster
White - MLB 25 Man Roster (coming soon)
EDIT: Uploaded Roster to Vault(40-Man Roster by TSpenc09)

Huge props to you for taking the initiative to upload a 40 man.
Made my life a lot easier!!!

Re: Spreadsheet - 40 Man Rosters with Injuries
So who gets removed from the 40 man to make room for the guys on the 60 day DL? And is there a update 30-man setup guide for this year?

Re: Spreadsheet - 40 Man Rosters with Injuries
Thanks for the hard work with the spreadsheet, however without knowing a lot about other organizations, I think it takes longer to use the spreadsheet and searching for all the players. Just a suggestion, maybe you could add the players positions to make it easier to filter through? I didn't use your 40 man roster, just using this as a guide since I'm doing 30 team control with the 25 man set.Comment

Well that's to the users discretion. I just removed the worst players but others may have other plans.

Yea that's my plan. I will be updating this throughout the year and I plan to add all players on the 40 man eventually when I get time. I plan to separate pitchers from hitters sooner rather than later but to make it easier, pitchers are the top rows.

Re: Spreadsheet - 40 Man Rosters with Injuries
there will be a new OSFM out in a couple hours with fixes such as removal of double players, wrong names and also new player additions etc. Will you be making a 40 man roster version out of that one too ??? I very much apreciate the work you put into making it a 40 man rosterLast edited by CyberOps; 04-09-2017, 03:18 PM.Comment

If you want to roll with the updated OSFM you could just go by the spreadsheet (which is now updated for half the league) and edit the 40 man rosters yourself. Should only take an hour or soComment
