Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
I'm thinking about using these awesome looking fictional rosters since there may be no baseball this year. I am working on creating 30 fictional teams, but have question for Bacon or anyone using these rosters. Since I am creating a new league, I think I am going to eliminate the DH, any ideas on how or if this will effect the performance of this roster?Last edited by AshTray; 03-29-2020, 04:46 PM.Comment

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
Hey man, I can't even begin to thank you for these. I'm having an absolute blast with the Jays. I'd imagine it's going to get even more fun as offseasons happen and my world changes but right now the game is playing incredibly and I couldn't help but chuckle as Ortega did a spin and bat flip combo as he hit a go-ahead 3 run homer the other day. So much personality, so much fun. I love this so much.Comment

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
I'm into mid April with my squad and these rosters and loving it. One odd thing I've noticed though.. Cartwright is my number one starter. When it was his turn in the rotation for his third start ... His energy meter was only refilled back about 75 per cent. BOTH my number 2 and number 3 starters were fully rested, so I swapped Cartwright with my number two to give him an extra day's rest. When he made his start the next day he was still only at about 80 per cent full on his energy meter. He has stamina of 95 ... I'm curious why he wouldn't be fully rested again after 6 days of rest ? Any insight?
I haven't got to his next start yet, but it also looks like he may not be fully recovered in time for that, either.Comment

It’s because he’s a two way player as well. Look at his hitting stats.

Also .. I hadn't realised that .. hmmm .. perhaps I will have a new occasional DH (if he's actually a good hitter?)Comment

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
So .
Anyone have any tips on how to balance him hitting with not wanting his energy to be too depleted on his pitching days?
Also, is it possible to not use a DH and have him bit for himself on days he does pitch? I tried to do so last time he started but couldn't figure it out.Comment

Re: Bacon's Fictional Roster
Nice, logos but I’m not to sure on how to make them via spreadsheet. If you ever have free time pictures would be nice for us to reference to if not it’s ok! Amazing logos and rosters.Comment
