Victor Roche (Brewers) was traded to the Dodgers for cash.

Did you keep a copy of the original 2.75 with 40-man roster somewhere you can upload ?

I didn't want a pre-release roster but was wondering if you did the 40 man roster first without the new players you've added or replaced. Wanted to keep it as close as the original.

I'm just not sure I want a mixup of both rosters. Understand me, hybrid is a great one but the way they do the rating calculation is on a different foundation or scale than Ridin's. Hybrid works great because all the players are calculated the same way. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think by example prospects are rated a bit lower on hybrid than Ridin's.

Maybe it's not really a problem and they can easily be mixed up with any problems.

I'm doing a 40man based without any edits. I have 10 teams left to go. The only changes made were adding two of the Mets pitchers and Raudy Read to the Phils who were not on the roster. (They are on the actual 40) It's 40 man where I added all the 40 man and 60 day dl to the roster then peeled back the most recent adds to the 40 man til I got back to 40. Maybe I can finish today, maybe not.

I'm compiling a 40 man 90 player roster as close to opening Day as possibleI have all OD rosters saved..There are just a few hybrid add ons and players imported over those with inaccurate stats and service.I find them in my previous fran saves and replace the OSFM version which does not have much rating difference . maybe 1-3 ratings point difference.I do this for my enjoyment first and for those wanting as close to 100% accurate 40man AAA & AA. Some AA players have not been created so i fill there spot with a A ball player that has eventually been promoted to AA ball this season.AAA rosters are basically 100% accurate so far.No missing players. I have al east central & houston done so far.If anyone wants to know the players I imported in over osfm version let me know.I find players last played mlb in 2014-16 with accurate stats.

Ok i see. I was under the impression that the ratings were more far apart in some cases. It's a good thing to have missing stats and service time. Waiting for it then to start my franchise :-)

                      Thx for all your work.

OSFM 2.75 40 man roster uploaded under Gambo187.

Players added were Ruiz-SDP, Read-PHI, Molina and Ferez? for the Mets from Hybrid as they were on 40 man roster but not in OSFM. I replaced low nobodies from the FA list for the most part.

The 40 man includes injured and 60-day DL guys. If this meant more than 40 guys then I went through the transactions from today back and removed guys from the 40 in turn.

This means some teams have less than 25 guys on the MLB roster (I didn't bother adjusting them) and some teams may have an odd fellow who is left off the 40. (Richie Weeks for example - heck alot of that Tampa team). They are still on the roster but not on the 40.

Oh, the only other transaction I made was Kozma back to the Yankees and Hamilton put on the Rangers with Snyder for NY moved to FAs.

Hi guys. Sorry if this is a dumb question or has been answered before. Basically I want to use this roster for a franchise mode. I'm only interested in picking one team, as opposed to 30 team control though. So when will the players that are in Single A (i.e. on the DL) get promoted back to the Majors by the CPU controlled teams? Thanks in advance.

If you start in Spring Training all 40 will be on MLB roster from beginning.

If they are on the 40 man roster, the CPU will call them back up. I would really suggest not going with 30 team control. I play with one team and have all of the others left to their own devices at least until they make really silly transactions. I don't stop most things they do and I don't fiddle with anything for that matter - just veto stuff that is downright asinine whilst keeping in mind some of the real life silly trades that have happened the last few years. The only reason to not do that is if you want to turn GM mode on.
