OS Realism Roster for MLB 17 The Show

I might revive this but only if I can find some trusted help. It's too much to do on one's own so you need to surround yourself with good people. What I need in order to do this is:

1) Someone that can create accurate players (face, equip, stance/pitching motion) - THIS IS A MUST
2) Someone that can copy faces over from our roster onto poor looking SCEA attempts (i.e. Clint Frazier, Sam Gaviglio, etc.)
3) Someone that can copy over hitter/pitcher ratings from an updated file onto a spreadsheet with accuracy
4) Someone with an eye for equipment
5) Someone that can copy new ratings and pitch edits onto the updated roster in Show 18

All this must be done in an organized fashion. If I can find the help that can do all this efficiently and can communicate, I'll work with you. If you're willy nilly and don't understand the undertaking for putting a roster like this together, just sit back and enjoy the game.

Don’t know much about this bug. Is it impacting all rosters? If it makes a difference, our roster was from scratch, not based off any other.

From what I have read it is widespread but can’t say for sure. Am debating right now about waiting to buy until it is fixed

I could help inputting ratings for players. - used to be a roster creator on NCAA back in the day.

I also create every MLB teams top 30 prospects for my own roster. Most rosters only include top 15 to go along with AAA - AA rosters. I personally don't care about realistic AA rosters when they include 26 year old journeymen that most likely won't make the league. I like having AA as Futures roster only involving prospects. Makes playing those games more fun as well if you're bored with MLB games.

Now I know most prospects won't make the MLB in real life. Buts it's more fun to see those prospects journey on a team than the every day journeymen.

I actually was already thinking about doing exactly this on my own, so I’d be happy to help. I don’t think I can go back to the pre-WTNY rating world.

I agree man, the realism roster spoiled me! I can hardly use any other roster now.

I'm all in for any help you all need on ratings, as far as input, etc.

Did anyone happen to take the Realism roster, and backdate it to opening day? Reason I ask, I went with OOTP19 this yr, due to the lack of focus that the makers of MLBTS has shown to Franchise mode, they seem to be catering to a casual fanbase who like gimic fantasy modes, and I just cant support a sports game, that isnt putting much effort into Franchise mode, since thats all I play.
I figured I would just keep MLBTS17, for that pitcher vs batter battle where you feel your in control of that outcome. Which the Show does a amazing job at this, and why I dont want to just give up console baseball completely, but Im a stats junkie, and love the feel of being a manager of a team, as well as being a GM, and impacting your teams success that way.

Rather than use a update 18 roster with 17, I would prefer a Opening day 17 roster, and I know WTNY and those who worked on this roster, do a excellent job in getting the flawed sim stats engine of the Show, stats close to that of real life.

So if anyone did take this Realism roster, and backdate it to OD17, I would appreciate letting me know, who did it, and how PSN ID. Thanks

There are a couple that were backdated..i believe redsoxfan4life did one and i cant remember exactly the other name..something like lx porta...i found it awhile back like 15 or 20 pages in..sorry not much help but i know its in there..it says realism backdated in the comments
