Love each years OS rosters, you guys go above and beyond every year. Now its time for SDS to do the same & make franchise mode able to import as well as export.

It's what Art Vandelay would really want for us. Focus on both the importing and the exporting.

Re: OSFM 2018 “Opening Day Version”

I think everyone has to let SCEA do what they have to do as far as online franchise to get the mode right... and they will..... in the meantime

I have talked with a few of the OSFM guys and we will do something we never did before

We will simultaneously release a 2017 version of updated OSFM rosters with our 2018 so that everyone who plays online franchise can still enjoy that this year with the 17 version.....as long as the demand for this is there this will be the plan

So does this mean your going to remake the rookies of last year ? So that judge isn’t going for rookie of the year ageunst acuna? That’s the only problem
I see in still having mlb 17 rosters with 18.

Looking at your March 4 Rosters - I am a follower of the pirates and will give you an impartial assessment. Jung Ho Kang should be rated in the high 70s overall as he will likely never return to the team. David Freese is better than Colin Moran but not by as much as youd think. Id give freese 68 contact r 77 contact l 50 power r 59 power l 67 fielding 79 arm strength 67 arm accuracy 68 reaction 45 speed 2 stealing 58 vision 74 discipline 80 clutch 34 bunt 23 drag bunt

                Moran I see as: 62 contact r 60 contact l 40 power r 33 power l 63 vision 45 discipline 44 clutch 35 bunt 19 drag bunt 79 durability 75 fielding 70 arm strength 68 arm accuracy 68 reaction 45 speed 29 stealing

Tyler Glasnow is much better than you have him too: 78 stamina 70h/9 83 k/9 40 bb/9 60 hr/9 55 clutch 63 control 87 velocity 80 break. He has some nasty stuff.

                Nick Kingham also deserves a bump: 82 Stamina 68 h/9 72 k/9 45 bb/9 63 hr/9 39 clutch 54 control 78 velocity 76 break

                Trevor Williams: 83 Stamina 58 h/9 43 k/9 54 bb/9 63 hr/9 50 clutch 67 control 71 velocity 62 break

                Stephen Brault 75 Stamina 45 h/9 59 k/9 54 bb/9 53 hr/9 55 clutch 68 control 75 velocity 64 break

                Adam Frazier : 78 contact r 84 contact l 49 power r 20 power l 80 vision 62 discipline 44 clutch 48 bunt 38 drag bunt 78 durability 74 fielding 67 arm strengtg 67 arm accuracy 66 reaction 74 speed 45 stealing 42 br agg

Those are all SCEA ratings which OSFM does not change.

I mean Trevor Williams Started 25 games and had an era a hair over 4 yet hes rated as someone with an era well over 5.

No offense, but you can edit them yourself!
These guys spend endless hrs making the best roster possible for not only their enjoyment but ours also.
Me personally dont touch ratings, only edit batting stances if missed

They've quit the importing and are focusing on the exporting. And this is causing a problem because, well, why not do both?

Sorry if I’m being a noob, but is there anywhere to see player ratings for MLBTS18 yet or do those have to be released via their videos?

You'll see final player rating when the game is released.
