    Re: CRP Roster 2019

Just a heads up for you creators. I was just in the DD stream thread and apparently they nerfed current players ratings so that the legend cards would be more desirable. Example: Nolan arrenado is an 80 in fielding and Francisco Lindor has low 60's power after hitting 38, and 31 home runs over the last two years.

So you guys may want to be a little more stringent when re-rating the prospects so they aren't MVP candidates out of the gate.

      Re: CRP Roster 2019

Hey guys! Been following the community for MLB the Show for a long time and it is about time I joined Operation Sports. Especially this year as I see this is a critical year for the custom rosters when it comes to minor league players being uploaded and completed for customization and those missing CAPS that are not included within the launch rosters at game release. Niner and others, I have a roster that I have since completed that is as of 03/13/19 that includes Tony Sipp signing with the Washington Nationals, all minor league players signed in camp, and free agents as of the above date. The base roster was the last version of Ridins rosters and was edited throughout all of free agency. This way, Niner, you do not have to go back and go through all the transactions of MLB, AAA, AA, A players within the past few months. You may use my roster as a base for the project. As you know, unlike Madden and NBA 2K, the rosters for MLB the Show are so hard to go through to manage lineups, call ups/send downs, and free agents, so this will save you a ton of time and work. Please let me know if this interests any of you so it makes it easier upon release of MLB 19. That way it may be easier to export/import into the new game.

I am a HUGE baseball fan and love this project and do not want to see it die out. Therefor, these rosters are something I take very seriously. I may not be able to help with creation of the new rosters or CAPS, but I can help by posting this up to date roster for you to use immediately and have as a base moving forward. Please let me know! I can post it in the vault to share ASAP today if you want to check it out!

My god SDS make rosters a chore though it’s like they go out of their way to make it difficult the whole having to go to roster control to move players around and swapping without filters is a joke and not being able to move players in the search function!! You can waste 10 mins scrolling because of this !

Anyway I think I’m up to March 8 going backwards on transactions. What a mess I’ understand why no one has bothered doing true off season. Rosters now, only mainstream ones like Harper you see in the vault.
I did a full off season roster. Definitely a lot of work. Up in the vault now. Of course it's a week old and been some more activity. I'm a transaction fiend so I'm always searching like 10 different sites. Vut it's there all mlb and milb transactions. Retired players overseas guys gone etc.

            Re: CRP Roster 2019

Yes I will absolutely post the roster in the vault. It will be up within the next 15 minutes or so barring any issues. My MLB the Show account is BMAN25DAVIS, or some form of that address. Just look for a B and a 25 in the account and it is most likely mine. I cannot remember all my account names for the games I play and PSN because I do not use my PS4 Pro to play online games. I only use it to download updates and use vaults, personal preference lol. Anyway, lol I will post them for all to use. I will title them along the lines of CRP 2019 Base or something of the sort involving this group.

ALSO: I personally used Ridins base as a base for this offseason roster enhancement. The credit for this goes to HIM and HIM alone. Yesterday I finished up numbering, face edits, and some equipment edits, as well as free agent signings over the week in this latest update.

FINALLY: This roster can be used for either a base for the roster creators and editors for MLB the show 19, or as a main roster source for MLB the Show 18. I understand that some of the community, with lack of updates and personal reasons toward the game, have decided not to purchase MLB The Show 19 and move forward. Instead I have read where they will stick with MLB 18 or not play at all. Whatever your decisions/reasonings are, please feel free to use this roster for either choice you make. Feedback is welcome, however roster updates from here forward, barring the D. Kuechel signing, and C. Kimbrel signings, will not happen moving forward unless I stick with MLB the Show 18. I, like others, am 50-50 on getting the game, however with the gameplay improvements shown, RTTS mode tweaks, and presentation improvements for 19 making the game look polished and authentic to the game of baseball I have not yet decided. With that being said however, either way this is a good roster if you plan on sticking with 18 or moving to 19.

                Re: CRP Roster 2019

Roster is LIVE and in the vault! It will be under the name "CRP 2019 BASE OFF-SEASON" It is under the username of my PSN BMAN25DAVIS. Please feel free to download, provide feedback, and enjoy most of all! This once again can be used as your personal roster for MLB 18 or as a base for import in MLB 19.

In the description of the rosters, you will see CRP 2019, my OS username of BabyBombers99, and date of 03/13/2019. Please pay attention to all of those items as I know there will those who download, copy, and re-upload as their own. Which is fine, but under that name, username, and description, will be the one you are looking for and can use.

Thank you so much for allowing me into this community with open arms. As I said, since I am in University for Medical/health science, there will limited time if any to help with the 19 rosters before launch, however should you need serious help please let me know, PM me. Also, if I choose to stick with MLB the Show 18, I will try within the first 2 weeks of the season to have all transactions complete, hopefully including Kuechel and Kimbrel signings, free agent additions, waiver claims, lineups, and proper AAA, AA, A rosters. May not be perfect, but it will the best to start another RTTS or Franchise within MLB 18. Again, please provide feedback if necessary. Feel free to download and enjoy!

I’m sorry if this question is silly, I just play the game and I’m not good with import export stuff etc. if I buy 19 can I get this? Or will I have to buy 18, download the roster and then import it to 19?

So lets say we use this roster and make all of the updates between now and opening day, When rosters are transferred over from 18 to 19, Will you have the ratings of veteran players from the 18 game or 19? Also were players who were rookies last year who didnt have pictures or player cards have them in 19 the show?

When they are transferred they would have the same rating as 18 unless it’s a player SCEA added. So last year rookies or other guys that are eligible to have likenesses would be different. The intent I believe is that niners and whoever else put these together will update the ratings based on their stats last year.

As far as pictures or player likenesses I’d assume everyone who is eligible will have a photo. Likenesses will depend on if the player got a face scan or not. If they didn’t get a face scan SCEAs player likenesses are pretty hit or miss in my opinion.
