I’m bummed that we didn’t get a patch today to fix the vault. But dumb question, is there anyway to see a player’s potential rating other than to go edit them? I know you see their potential score like A, B, or C on their profile.

They need to get it fixed. We can load our own rosters but they can't be downloaded. It is just ridiculous at this point.

For the exact number for potential. Only 2 ways.

One is through the edit screen.

Second is on the sign pick screen but that is only for draft picks and only for the post draft till the late season.

Yeah, it is just ridiculous that a feature is not working and not fixed yet. I’m beginning to think they won’t fix it. Too worried about the RTTS mess at this point.

Lol yeah. RTTS is a disaster right now. I was looking forward to it. May play that mode on 20. I don't like this whole loadout thing.

I guess on the FM stream they did that they said that SDS was aware and working on a fix. But it's from a third party. So who knows.

Just seems odd that part of the vault works and part doesn't...

Still though... Ridiculous the game was released without functioning vaults...

Someone else mentioned the obvious ways, another one that feels less like cheating is to sort your roster by potential, they list in descending order so your can roughly group high A, mid A and low A etc..

No idea why they don't use a 20-80 system for this, or something better than 10 point blocks. SDS poorly innovating an inferior new way to do something that already exists..

I am definitely planning on adopting your roster. I did something similar but was significantly more haphazard in how I did it

Scuttlebutt says we might get an SDS roster update Friday. If we do and IF it addresses some missing prospects/ages, do you have any plans to re-do the potential edits on that roster?

I'm 10000% OK if the answer is "no"; I just want to have my gameplan in order, lol.

I know some ages need changed and the roster isn't perfect but I think the download issues are causing problems loading the rosters.

I have a total of 4 or 5 prospects rated an A.

Do me a favor, check if Spencer Torkelson is on the Tigers or in the league, if he is not, you have the default roster still. I added him to mine. That is the key to tell the difference.

Just downloaded and checked your roster on PS4 and it does not have Torkelson. I am currently having zero issues with the vault. Are you planning on uploading the roster you are using with the changes including tork addition?

Torkelson is on mine. It is still the vault having issues. The only copy on there is the one and final. Haven't made any changes to it.

The other way to tell mine apart is if you go to any team every A ball player will be D potential.

As far as redoing it. That's a tough one. I have started on my franchise plans for this year and if I go back and redo I will be compelled to start over. Something I am really trying to avoid this year. Lol.


It was about 15 hours of work so it wasn't too bad or time consuming but I don't want to put the work in again if I am being honest.


I would safely say the answer is no at this point.


I like my Indians future franchise too much where it is at right now in the building process (in 2028) and have just adopted that some of those big name prospects are 2 years younger. I am simming till 2031 so I can play the real schedule from this year and the half real half fictional aspect is amazing.


Funny thing is I had a post written up at home on my computer addressing this and was going to post it tonight. Lol

I started working on the writeup for the edits and will probably finish it tomorrow or Friday. There are definitely some simple edits to help without doing a lot that help. Age edits are the easiest but I will share more info about that in the next day or two.
