Yeah just look at the post by Showtyne a page back he explains on detail all the reasons why these players are missing,

Sometimes other players are missing too because of paperwork not going in that should be in we will find out soon enough !

Yeah I know! it will annoy me seeing fake career stats but better then being a rookie. this is what we lose big in no Y2Y saves.

Greg Bird might actually make the blue jays roster I can't take a video of him as he actually was a real player with a scan in last years game. so someone will have to create him from scratch.

So, I checked 4 teams up and down the "out of the box" rosters. I am impressed that there are players included on here, prospects I guess, that have no MLB experience but were included. There is a ton of players missing by your list, but from what I've seen, the players on the 4 teams should be there except a few, which I'll list. I looked at Balt., Bost., NYY, and SF. Biggest problem I see are so many non roster invitees not included, thought they'd be found in the FA list, but no, it's filled with Legends (I believe they do that every year). Those other 3 teams that are in there "Long Ball", are also filled with older retired players too. I see you have a gigantic list on the first few posts here, I will add a few. I don't know how to create that well. Did notice a S. Suzuki in the vault.

Non-roster invitees, who knows what will happen to them in the next few days, but they should be on the FA list at least. Here's some players I don't see on your list from the 4 teams I looked at:

Balt- C) Chris Hudgins, IF's) Patrick Dorrian and Cadyn Grenier, OF) Johnny Rizer
Bost.- P) Silvino Bracho and Tyler Danish, C) Deivy Grullon, 1B) Roberto Ramos, 2B) Yolmer Sanchez, OF) Christin Stewart.
NYY- P's) Manny Banuelos, Matt Bowman, C's) David Freitas and Max McDowell
S.F.- Sadly they only listed Austin Dean as the only NR invitee, but he's in the game.

Wikipedia was actually very current as to 40 man rosters and NR invitees.

Need to trade SF Will Toffey to Phil. for Luke Williams
Bost. OF) Jeisson Rosario to NYY

Free Agents in the game but on rosters:

Pujols- St. Louis
Archer- Minn.
J. Lowrie- Oak.
OF) Luis Gonzalez- SF
W. Mathisen- SF
S. Miller- NYY

Also, on these rosters but shouldn't be:

Bost. C) Charlie Madden was released, 2B Tanner Nishioka retired for Med School? CF) Michael Gettys is a FA, Jeisson Rosario is now in the NYY farm system.
SF- A different Luis Gonzalez, LHP, is in Mexico.

NYY- Kiner-Falefa should be a SS primary.

So, that's all I got, hope it helps. Bottom line is the FA list and those other 3 teams of ex players, I guess that's where the roster creators will have to work on but except for what I mentioned, again, the players on those 4 teams at least, are actually supposed to be there.

So, on the bright side, no fake players anymore, but there are players needed to be created if the NR players stick with teams from your list.
