Are 2022 draft picks included in the V2 new release?

No draft picks. I don’t have accurate ratings for any of them at this time and don’t like making up projected numbers before a guy has played 1 game of pro ball

V2 is live in the Vault folks. Psn crapinmyshoe

Trade deadline updated to August 10 with accurate 40 man rosters, jersey numbers and lineups for the MLB. Injured/restricted players are stashed in the minors.

Go to Fangraphs roster resource tab for info of player injuries if you want to manually enter injuries or bring players active.

Had a lot of fun bringing this back to life this year - hope u all enjoy.

i just simulated two seasons. one season chris sale had 20 starts, in the other he had 12. bryce harper played 112 games in one and 125 in another. trevor story had similar games played for both seasons. jazz chisholm played 105 games in one season and stayed in A ball for the entire other season. john means also stayed in A ball for one of the seasons. so they do get called up, but it appears to be random? i don't know enough about editing players to know if its random or is based on something else.

I play 2 profiles and 30 team control. Before the regular season I use Fangraphs roster resource and go through and properly disable all injured players. Guys off the 40 man I put back on long enough to place them on the 60 day IL. This way players eventually come back onto their respective teams at some point. Takes about an hour to do this usually- although there are a lot more injuries this year.

As a Dodgers fan, I have a question about Andrew Heaney.

May I ask the reasoning behind him being ranked tied with Gonsolin and ahead of Buehler and Urias?

He's definitely one of the odd men out if the rotation was 100% healthy and outside of his below 2 ERA this year, nothing really stands out to make him a 87 overall.

Just questioning your reasoning behind the rating. Rosters look amazing.

I’m guessing the ERA was what brought him up so much. Every player is rated on the same system. I don’t know exactly what the weighting system is on overall number but I did notice when I was entering the numbers bb/9 and era or clutch did knock quite a few guys down or up.

At the end of the day I don’t pay much attention to overall- I just want them to play true to life as much as possible
