As far as a update Cy is working with a beta version of the roster to change some ratings and implement sliders. With todays update being pretty substantial it will be the new base, or if Ridin says theirs won’t take super long we might use that. Still really weird there is no Cano
Yeah it's crazy he isn't in the game but he's on the roster playing (been playing 11g thus far) odd...

Sounds like Ridin’s roster is coming in 7-10 days and thats with them starting over.

Cy.. FYI.. I haven't seen any problems with baserunning. I just had player with 1 speed get legit triple in a big park and ball misplayed by CF.

Even seen zero speed go 1st - 3rd on base hit in to corner.

Everything looks good to me so not sure if you need to make everyone 25 this year.

Been using Viator roster, which is pretty good, until yours is ready.

That's good, we will continue using the full 1-99 scale

Hey Cy, this is just my OP that no one may care about but this year might be the last year of purchasing the show if there is no y2y saves in the next release. I'm happy to have this version as there were enough improvements visually and with in franchise mode that made the switch worth it.
The work you and your team do with re-rating players is phenomenal. I'm still on mlb21 (and playing it between online mlb 22 h2h) my franchise is just about into the dog days of summer yr2. Just great depth..not doing the 30 team control and AI has made some pretty smart moves roster wise w/o my help. Long story short the effort your team puts in just makes it that much more realistic and the decision to leave the previous version difficult w/o the y2y saves they took away coming into next gen software...hopefully it comes back!

Its funny, when i first got to this site i wouldnt touch the game without his roster, now years later and now i dont touch the game without Cy’s roster, the rerates, pitch edits are just too realistic for me to play the game out the box especially with Cy’s silders as well. Ridin does a good job but i feel like too many hands are in the cookie jar kinda thing now…either way both rosters are great i just love the extra effort Cy and his team puts in year to year.

I would go as far as to say that without people like Ridin, Cy, and A&S, the game sales of the game would decline cuz think about how many of us wait to do anything before these guys do their thing with the game? Incredible job all around…

Yup, we are adding to it daily/every other day. AL almost fully complete (AL East and AL Central done, working on AL West).

What does that mean in terms of timescale for release? Sorry to even ask btw!

It means we are getting closer to release every day

I know folks want a more concrete answer than that, and when we have one, we will share it

I believe we will end up moving forward with Ridin's base because it is using our preferred roster update. We will update if that changes.

New here. Looking forward to the Roster drop! Love that you guys take tremendous pride in your work. It's amazing! Quick question, do the 21 sliders apply to 22 as well? Keep up the great work!

No, I've tweaked the sliders for 22. They are still in early testing, but I can share the current values I'm liking

Looking forward to this as I do every year. As always excellent work CY. I will run a franchise with this again this year once a side project I am working on gets completed. Just wanted to drop in and show some love. I know how monumental of a task it is to do this every year. Good Luck on the release bro. Great job!
