Been a fan for a while man. Always enjoyed this set along with the Hybrid and OS Realism sets back in the day. Keep doing your thing.Last edited by ShowTyme15; 05-06-2022, 10:26 AM.Comment

Totally agree! Between Ridin's awesome team with the roster base and Cy's ratings, you wont find a better all round roster!Milwaukee Brewers | Green Bay Packers | North Carolina Tar Heels | Wisconsin BadgersComment

Most def. I tried the other big roster that’s been spread around and despite an incredible amount of effort, well done effort too - it just isn’t going to work for me.
Last year I used Ridin/ Cycloniac and it was as good as could be done with the way ‘21 was set up.

Really curious to see how Yeli turned out this year!
And how the 3 beasts in the rotation turned out!

When doing your re-rates for players you try to keep it within the realm of possibility off the SDS rosters correct? No major changes besides some touches here and there?
Also fielder reaction at 1 seems so low lol I’m gonna try it though!

The only reason I ask is because errors seem so high on the sliders, as well as fielder reaction seems quite low.
So if the sliders will be so off the default, I’m assuming your ratings match to those sliders pretty good? I suppose it’s more of a question about method and reason than anything.
Thanks, looking forward to it!

We use SDS's scale for the most part, but we go further to differentiate players. We don't drop vision excessively low for example, but do calculate it to achieve better seperation from player to player.
We also overhaul fielding attributes to achieve better results in-game and during simulations. Fielding stats are typically an area where sim stats suffer without extensive edits. The fielding sliders work in tandem with the ratings to accurately show a realistic range of poor, below average, average, good and elite defenders at each position.Comment

We completely rerate the players, it's not just "touches here and there."

Re: The TrueSim Roster Project: MLB 22
These sliders work well with Ridin Rosters as well - few small adjustments I would knock contact down to 6 from 7 and bump baserunner steal ability down to 7 from 8, maybe even down to 6.

I'm liking what I'm seeing with your test set..not sure what I'd change if anything all. Saw some nice hits and power etc. Just watched AI play and observed.
