How aggressively should we tweak reliever stamina?

I'm thinking about multi-inning guys who could probably start. We're seeing this now more than ever with guys like Michael King, Garrett Crochet, Rasmussen etc being converted into starters.

      This is a good read:

We often talk about how to convert relievers into starters as well on these forums, so maybe using stamina as a clearer hint could be an idea.

      Some examples:
Luke Weaver (former starter, now high leverage reliever): 51 stamina

Andrew Wantz (mentioned in the article above, faced about 6 batters a game year before last): 62 stamina

      Devin Williams (closer): 27 stamina

Shawn Armstrong (5.18 batters faced per game): 48 stamina

      Josh Hader (closer): 25 stamina

I can test more guys too. But what do you think?

Im liking the way the updated pitcher stamina ratings are looking

How do you guys feel about RP overalls? Should they be more spread out?

Looking at the live roster, SDS has Cleveland as follows:
Cade Smith 90 (seems high for a RP)
        Hunter Gaddis 82
        Tim Herrin 80
        Sam Hentges 78
        James Karinchak 74
        Nick Sandlin 71

        Rockies
        John Curtiss 72
        Daniel Bard 71
        Matt och 66
        Jake Bird 65
        Lucas Gilbreath 65
        Ryan Faltmer 64
        Justin Lawrence 63

Are 80+ too high for relivers? I see some relivers in the 50s as well. Is that too low?

After doing the Orioles, this is how the overalls look with a slightly modified OVR system:
        Félix Bautista 93
        Seranthony Domínguez 74
        Yennier Cano 77
        Keegan Akin 78
        Gregory Soto 73
        Cionel Pérez 71
        Bryan Baker 67
        Colin Selby 67
        Thaddeus Ward 66
        Matt Bowman 67

        Blue Jays
        Chad Green 80
        Yimi García 71
        Erik Swanson 67
        Nick Sandlin 72
        Ryan Burr 66
        Brendon Little 69
        Tommy Nance 66
        Zach Pop 67
        Nick Robertson 65
        Josh Walker 64
        Michael Petersen 64
        Brett de Geus 63
        Easton Lucas 61

As we start laying the groundwork for MLB 25 rosters - I just imported all the data I need for ratings yesterday! - are there any changes you all would be interested in seeing?

I've heard some say, for example, that for pitchers, they would like the starter stamina minimum of 75 be removed, and the reliver max stamina of 30 be removed. It was done a couple of years ago to help bullpen logic some, but I'm open to changes.

Any and all feedback is welcome!
I know you probably don’t want to give away the goods, but any advice for someone looking to mess around and do this for themselves on a smaller scale while we wait for you to finish?

Seems like for about a 1 strikeout per inning pitcher we want the k/9 to be around 75ish. What about for the other attributes? What would you say an average walks/9 guy would be? Hits/9, etc. I know Kutter Crawford led the league by giving up 34 homers last season. How low we making him in Hr/9?

Well, let's see what I have for Crawford's updated ratings. That may give you an idea:

Stamina 77 - 23 batters faced per game last year
Pitching Clutch 41 - .285 avg with RISP for his career
            H/9 60 - average ERA the past 3 seasons is 4.48
            HR/9 52 - 1.67 homers/9 last year would be about a 47
            K/9 73 - 175 Ks last year, 8.6 Ks per 9 innings
            BB/9 65 - WHIP was 1.12 over 183 IP last year
