    Coach,

If that's how you like to play, do it! I personally like to see every pitch because it lets you better predict what pitch is coming next. It also makes the run game more realistic having to choose the right pitch to run on or pitch out while on defense. I also like to study the release and movement of a pitcher.

I'd say quick counts would have a greater impact on the accuracy of your hitting than pitching.

Getting beautiful results and variety. I haven't changed a thing since my last post in here.

Kind of a cool thing: 3B Pacheco dove for a foul ball in Oakland and crashed into the tarp, injuring himself for a few days or weeks (not sure yet).

Time to play my May 26th game--season is moving right along!

Also saw two of my guys get hit by a pitch this last game. That's the hardest stat to replicate accurately against simulated games. I guess that's a good thing ha

Made a slight adjustment to starting pitcher stamina, source PAD sliders. I didn't go as high as 7, but 6 seemed to work well with manager hook where it is in this set.

Both PAD HoF set and these seem to be getting good results. Awesome! Seems his set is harder while hitting, but easier while pitching.

I have not encountered any comeback situations that seem unrealistic whatsoever. Clutch, strategy, and execution prevail.

Gonna test these out. Do they work with Dynamic Difficulty?

I don't see why they or any other set could not be used as a base. Let me know what you're seeing, Milldaddy.

I'm lowering manager hook again, so it's at 2 now.

I had someone PM me asking when I planned to have a final set. Personally, I don't see why a slider set should be considered final. We're always progressing as players of the game, and results should continue to be monitored along the way in the same manner.

That's one of the things I like about SCEA's dynamic difficulty, even though I don't use it myself.

I'm using DD on pitching. Right now at Veteran+. They don't get a lot of singles. Most hits are Xtra base hits. Also don't see much stealing. Other than that good.

Gonna try out your set. Some personal changes as far as presentation goes for me. I also use pulse pitching. Excited to get my franchise going. Glad that you are confident in your set. I also believe this game plays awesome out of the box. Was playing on Legend Default.

Now you mentioned no staff changes until off season. Does this go for your scouts as well or do you hire the best ones you can get before spring training?

Awesome, man. Let me know how they play for you. I'm always trying to keep an eye on an element of the game/slider set, and right now I'm tracking ground ball/fly ball ratios. Obviously certain pitchers will produce different results, but I think it's a start to help with the number of GIDP we see in games.

As for my Tigers, we're 7 games below .500. I feel as though the actual offensive slide the real life Tigers are on was about 2 weeks early in my season, and hasn't relented yet! It's been a rough stretch. I'm not getting production from the leadoff spot, and of all guys, Cabrera is just one of those guys I seem to not be able to hit with. In all honesty, I'm probably trying to do too much with him. Cespedes, Victor, and actually Steven Moya who starts a few days a week in RF have been solid. I also really like Jordan Pacheco who can fill in at 3B/1B/C when needed. He's also a great clutch pinch hitter.

My pitching has been pretty decent, after a horrendous start to the season.

Like anything else, take it with a grain of salt. I actually fired my hitting coach on May 31st as he had -3 in a few key areas (power and clutch, I believe). The new guy hasn't helped just yet, but it's only been 2 games.

I had no intentions of making a staff change simply because the AI teams don't do this midseason. Not that I've seen, at least.

I too made some adjustments to the presentation, turning back on commentary as I missed it in my RTTS.

The Tigers are my team also, and to see the skid they are in pains me. They are a very dangerous team but never seem to get it together. I know it's a Marathon and not a sprint though to push through 162 grueling games! Hope it turns around for you. I'm going to be starting a Pirates Franchise, really like Cutch and PNC is lots of fun to play in. I actually chose it for the HR counter in Right Field. Lol

Going to try fielder run speed down a notch to 2.

I also dropped steal frequency down a notch to default as I shouldn't be seeing Stephen Vogt try and steal 3B. It's happened w others too, and while it does happen, it shouldn't be at that high of a rate in played games.
