I’m good with Armour’s sliders. Just need a little tweak to either human control or consistency as I’m not a clean screen guy like he is

You could always try Control at 6 and Consistency at 5. I think Armor said he raised consistency to 6 so he can paint the corners easier but he’s on clean screen. The pitch marker on helps you paint the corners. Josh does 6 and 5 on his set.

So I made this change and then had human control/consistency at 6/5 and CPU’s at 5/6. I don’t like that as I feel that might cause an advantage or disadvantage somehow. So I’m going to put both of them at 6/5 and go forward with that. But I’m not sure how much 1 tweak makes a difference anyway - I just want them the same for both human and cpu

So I played 5 innings with these settings and I liked what transpired. Bauer struggled at times but gave up only 1 run, walked 3 and struck out 5. Mikolas was pitching well until the 5th and gave up a 3-run homer to Votto.

What I like the best is that every slider is now the same for both human and cpu. Gives me the sense that everything is fair and equal.

Curious as to if everyone is using the injury slider at 10? I just realized mine has been on 5, but realIzed that Armor has them set to 10 on the OP.

I plan on moving it to 10 since I stay true to the sliders, but I wasn’t sure how that’s playing out for everyone (and or if it’s like “too much” or realistic enough at 10?)

Yeah, playing on 10.

Lost Brett Gardner for 8-10 weeks in spring training, but that’s only injury I’ve had. I’m at the end of April and he’s “rehabbing” in AAA. I can finally use him. I usually rake with Aaron Hicks, but hitting south of .230 so far..

I'm telling you guys don't get slideritis lol, it will kill your enjoyment of the game. Let your season play out, Baseball isn't about 1 game, or 1 series, its a whole season.

I'm almost in Mid Sept, and playing some of my best games of the season. It's been much tougher scoring w/ Power at 4, or my bats are starting to get cold. Makes it even more fun being in a tough Division race.

Currently at 85-59 w/ the Phillies, and unless I win out, won't hit 100 Wins. I've had pitching gems(Never a no hitter though, just can't do it lol), offensive blowouts, close losses and games where i've been blown out. Feel like I've gotten all variety of games all season just by sticking thru and playing games.

Find a slider set that YOU feel good with, and run with it.

I have it on 10 and only have 2 injuries on my team through almost 20 games. Lost Vince Velasquez for 1-2 months on Opening Day and just lost Andrew McCutchen for 2-3 months 2 games ago. Having it on 10 isn't extreme.

Seeing a normal amount around the league too. Nothing outrageous.

First game with 4 power. Both teams combined for 5 bombs. Including a 454 foot bomb by Jackie Bradley Jr that nearly left Truist Park.

So it is possible to still have a slug fest!!

It said it increased PCI for Diamond Dynasty only.

Thanks. I was hoping it was going to fix a little glitch with auto fielding. It’s happened a several times now where I have hit a solid base hit right in front of the fielder. But the fielder really takes his time throwing the ball and my runner (auto baserunning) makes it easily into 2nd.
