Well for pitching we are on hall of fame. We were using all star plus as well and it was too easy so we made adjustments about a week ago.

Yea I noticed that, which is why I was asking if you guys are on current gen or next gen just because my PS4 sounded like I was boarding an airplane so I stopped playing it a lot over a week and last slider update was still AS + so I just now saw the HOF bump up.

So just curious because I am seeing very mixed results on AS + on RTTS as a Pitcher on Classic and AS + on Next Gen.

Have you seen a difference between Current Gen and Next Gen?

I am now a 72 and in MLB so I am interested to see how the AS + works on in RTTS since I know I can always tune up to HOF like the slider set has now.

I am actually having more fun on next gen as I could not get walks for the life of me and on next gen I have been able to do so and the consistency has changed for me too.

Just curious what pitch speed you use. I put these in and raised pitch speeds to 10 to try to lighten the hitting. I found your sliders a bit easy to hit with lower pitch speeds. I just want to know what you actually use.

Dont quote me on it, but I think Rmiok uses 7/7, Maybe 6/6, it's one if the two. I use 10/10 pitch speeds myself.

Yeah I do use 7/7. I wish there was 7.5 because I’d use that lol. I’ll probably be moving up to 8 soon. Pitch speed is completely optional. Use 10/10 like decent at best or you can use 5/5. It does not matter as long as it’s challenging enough

Edit: also. This is a base, it’s what works best for me and Decent at Best. That’s kinda why we tested these together, we play the same in my opinion and are close in skill level.

That being said just adjust to make hitting harder for you, raise pitch speed, lower user timing to 4, put fielder reaction at 5.. whatever you gotta do.

You can change anything that isn’t detrimental to a set (contact, power etc)

If this has already been discussed then forgive me. I like your idea of changing the Hook slider once the CPU goes to the pen. The 8/8 Staminas make sense to me then, for the computer, but why 8/8 for Human also? Am I supposed to set some house rules for my bullpen usage with the Human RP Stamina on 8? Should I maybe use 2 for Human RP Stamina like Cycloniac suggests?

I use human 8/8 simply because I felt like the starters and relievers both couldn’t last long enough. Starters in particular. I never use a reliever past an inning or slightly more anyways.

I like it to be possible for my starters to go 80-100 pitches if their stamina rating is good. On default I wasn’t seeing that.

As far as user relievers, I’ve just used 8 and haven’t had an issues. I’m sure you can do 5 but I personally won’t go any lower than 5.

Ok i cannot figure out classic pitching for the life of me....Ive given it 5 games and im getting shelled every time. I cant throw strikes and when i do they are absolute meatballs and im getting crushed.

would these work fine with meter pitching? I like that way of pitching alot better but wanted to give these a shot exactly as the OP listed, but quite honestly i just dont like classic pitching.

I dont want it to ruin my franchsie but its frustrating becasue the pitches im throwing are nowhere near where i aim them and im getting crushed becase of it.
