Yes i always use classic hows 2 for control working out? I checked I am at 0 with pitch freq at 1. I wish they would give us a fatigue slider I am 8-9 but i feel like my lineup is constantly watered down managing fatigue.

I’ve liked 2/2 and actually thought about 3/3. I only gave up one walk on 2/2 though. I even thought about 3/2 which I might try next

By no means is it lazer precision. 2/2 or 3/3 sounds like it would be pitching with your eyes closed.

I dunno man, I've been doing a lot of testing with classic and even on human pitch 6/5 with the ball marker on so I can see where the actual aim is compared to where it goes, the ball goes all over the place. By no means is it lazer precision. 2/2 or 3/3 sounds like it would be pitching with your eyes closed.

I get what you’re saying but the human pitch sliders work in cohesion with the cpu hitting sliders, also my last two games I’ve seen about 64% strike rate with only two walks total between both games.

I think people really underestimate how hard it is to hit a target that small from 60 feet away.

Also from my testing on default for both human and cpu pitching sliders the cpu will still miss WAY far away from time to time, where the human side will barely make a bad miss at 5/5.

That’s why I have my sliders where they are at right now.

Curious to what pitch speeds you’re using? I can tell you’ve put a ton of games in like me with your adjustments. Gonna try them out tonight. The only slider adjustments you’ve made that I usually don’t like toying with is the timing sliders.

I’m going to be blatantly honest. I’m so sick of messing with sliders.

That being said this game plays great out of the box besides a few obvious things to me.

1) too many fouls
2) human pitcher is way too accurate
3) arm strength on 5 is too strong
4) baserunning is too fast (always has been)
5) pitcher stamina is too low
6) fielder speed and reaction is too fast
7) we need more errors
8) steal success rate is ridiculously low
9) pitch speeds are too slow for me so I’m doing 6/6 pitch speed but debating on 7/7. As always though that’s personal preference

That being said these are the “only” things I’m changing and I’m ready to just play. My goal from today on is to just enjoy myself for once and just play the damn game hoping that my 162 game every pitch season will even out over the course of the year.

All they do is dive and stop the ball from going to the OF. And 80% of those bobbles get scored as base hits. Messes with your pitcher’s era since those should be unearned runs.

It’s more of a ratings issue than anything else. I’ve noticed my really bad fielders do make errors but guys rated 70 and above rarely ever do, even in simulation.

I’m also seeing the exact same thing Bryan is with them just diving for the ball and missing it. Better off just leaving it at default because that animation happens 3-4 times a game. I’m starting to think fielder reaction at default 5 is the way to go also.

How are the strikeout numbers when you pull that timing back to default? I haven’t got a chance to try it but the cpu bats have been pretty dead for 5-7 games in a row against me even with my control at zero im shutting them down fairly easily.
