So I am going to start over my franchise because something wacky is going on. I do 30-team control with a HUM profile for me and a CPUprofile for the CPU . As you guys know, I do hitting only, and I quick manage the pitching by hitting sim to nexr half inning.

For the CPU I have default Allstar for hitting and pitching. For the HUM I have default Allstar pitching. No idea if these matter at all for quick sim but something is going on.

Through 54 games, my pitching staff has the least amount of BBs allowed in the league, and lowest runs allowed. Currently the top 5 ERA leaders are 4 of my SPs, with the 5th posting a still solid 4.12 ERA. I average giving up 2.5 runs allowed per game and have 9 shutouts. My SPs are between 83-86 overall rating.

I just doubt that this is slider related. Am I just getting lucky or is anyone else seeing this? Never had this issue in '21

Go to a calendar day and start quick managing or whatever it's called the other games and see what happens. It could be a problem with the quick sim feature. Sliders wouldn't make a difference with what you're seeing for your team. You could just be getting lucky idk.

Someone is saying that there is a bug that sometime the stats go missing? But I think that is quick manage I think. But I’m not sure. You should still be giving up walks. Check the box scores to see if they look okay or if the numbers or innings are missing.

Just how early is to early to try and move Reynolds? Not ready yet, but would like to try and get a young arm in the system if one is out there and available for swap.

Irish I think we may be good. I just had another triple to the gap. Would have been a double, but the runners speed stretched it to a triple on a close play.

Cards ended up with 8 hits for the game and they were as follows;

1- HR a solo
2- doubles legit doubles
1- triple and it was legit thanks to speed
4- singles

Bryanm…..lmao I don’t know how you managed to play so well with Pittsburgh. I’m sitting 1-8 for the season. Not been all blowouts some real close games, but the offense just can’t come through in the clutch.

I’m going to play opening day with the Pirates now.

Those are good numbers so far. Looks like the change is good.

I did upload the roster that I have fixed. There might be some players like Clevinger that are not on the 40 man roster. It is hard cause with all the moves the Padres don’t have room for him anyway.

The rosters are called S/B Rosters 22. User is bryanm1982.

So opening day with the Pirates started out good. Thompson didn’t give up a hit until the 5th inning. He finished the day going 5.1 IP and giving up 3 hits and 6 K. It was a scoreless game until the 8th inning and Goldy hit a 2 run double and Arenado had a rbi single.
Pirates lose 3-0.

STL 3 9 0 - 1 double, 8 singles, 12 K
PIT 0 4 0 - 1 double, 3 singles, 12 K

At least we know the singles are still there.

I think you are fine trading this early. Especially since you don’t really get a offseason to begin the season. I would say the first week or two of the season you can make a trade and then after that it is probably during at the trade deadline.

I read on here that the Pirates could trade Reynolds to the Padres for Abrahms, Weathers, and Campusano. At least that is what the Pirates wanted in real life. Or close to it. I might make that deal for myself.
