Also bumped pitching difficulty to legend. Was really liking HOF, but really feel like while I was getting shelled a good bit that it should be a lot more with the staff I have, and want to make sure I don’t feel like I’m cheating. Beat my a** please 🤣🤣🤣

If the set ups being tested doesn’t slow down the HBP we have been seeing then I think this will be something that would need patched.

Yeah, you don’t want to start chasing the HBP fix and affect something else. The human control and consistency is at 2/2 and we don’t hit that many people. At least me. I feel it is just the cpu pitching.

Thanks for the great slider set! I’m just wondering if this slider works with Legend Pitching Difficulty. Hall of Fame is a little bit easy for me. Is there anyone who’s trying this?

These should work on legend. They worked really good for us last year. But we had to lower cpu contact to 2 to get the Ks. That would be what I would change first if you struggle striking them out.

What is your team era?

You are brave with going to legend with that team. Just make sure you keep the game fun for you. You could also try lowering cpu contact to 2. That’s where we had it last year on legend.

I will give it a look and let you know. I’m pretty sure it’s lower than it should be. Pitching has always been where I have been better at, and struggled with the hitting aspect lol.

I can say in the first 4 innings on legend it feels pretty good with the only thing changing being difficulty.

And yeah I will keep it fun. I didn’t think I would enjoy this as much as I am pith Pittsburgh.

I think I am going to make a adjustment to my franchise.

I am off to a good start with my Mets franchise. I think I am going to increase the CPU hitting to make the ball more lively and increase the intensity of the games even more.

I am thinking of increasing either the CPU contact or solid hits by 1 to make the CPU hit just a little better. I think this will make the simulation perfect matching my good team Pitching on the Mets.

The sliders are working perfectly but since I am playing 162 games with a good staff I am going to make the games even better. I am already playing nothing but close games but I can dial in the gameplay even better.

Even with a good staff I am playing a LOT of one run games. The good staff allow you to consistently stay in games. It is still tough to win games. This years game is very intense.

Has there been any further testing/results on reliever stamina? Think this will make a huge difference in bullpen usage if we can nail it down. For example, when the CPU warms guys up I take a peek and if one guy is full stamina and the other is around half or a little more they will bring in the guy with full stamina everytime. I'm currently running at 6 for RP stamina but I'm thinking Sim sliders should probly be around that as well. Could help with reliever injuries as well.

Aight just took the L in the series opener against the Tigers 7-4.

Control at 6 and consistency at 4 felt great!! I know just 1 game, but I never got the feeling I would be hit at any time like it had been. Both starters and relievers felt like they had a ton more control.

I still drew my walks like normal with no issues, but did not see any of the constant having to bail out of the batters box I had been. I’m going to see what happens in the next series or 2, and if all goes well I may come down to 3 on consistency to see if we can work it back to 2 without problems.

As far as Legend pitching goes. It felt REAL good!!! I got K’s without an issue, and the big stick of Javier Baez actually made me nervous, and made me Pay twice for cement mixer sliders.

Loving the set guys I do appreciate the work y’all put in!!

So far in my season after 17 games played. Lots of green like we want to see! My bullpen has been trash but starting pitching has been fantastic however. I'm not striking out a bunch but other than Robbie Ray I don't have strikeout guys in my rotation. Guys who should get them are which is all we can ask for.

It is. It makes the game faster for me since I try to get as many games in and play all 162.

I pulled the -1 pitcher control all. I noticed the difference. The cpu walked me 12 times. Lol but no HBP
