I am not worried with power being at 4. had a 4-3 win against astros with white sox to end the series.. Elvis Andres and Berger out of all people had a home run each. and I seen a big Triple as well from Mcormack. so I think the sliders are just about perfect right now (until a patch comes out and changes it lol)

the HBP and WP craziness has stopped. if I only see 1 sometimes then that is perfect

I had a really good game I was playing crash on me in the 7th innings. it's only the 2nd crash I have had it seems to be when you hit X on a warm up swing at a certain time that is what has crashed for me in the both cases. so I will have to stop my warm up swings lol that game sadly was 4-0 and I was the twins shutting out the Royals.

I ended up simming the game till the 7th innings again and won 4-2 so I am happy with that in the end wasn't much change of what would have happened. but the crashes are starting to make me nervous close in games as you can't just save.

It just sucks because until that point I had played every single damm at bat. and pitch. 6 games to go and I have completed the first open week of series of games for every game on the schedule. then I am on a holiday with the family after Easter and having a week away, so that will be good to save me from burnout. The game is so fun I don't need to do simming yet but I eventually will as the year goes.

Are the crashes mainly a PlayStation thing? Because on my series s I haven’t experienced any through 6 games.

I'm on s series. I've played about 20 games and it has crashed twice. For me it has happened between innings

Regional broadcast is what was causing crashes for me but I’m on PS5. I switch to the show theme before every game and I haven’t crashed since.

Haven't been on my PS this morning, but apparently a patch was released?

Didn't see anything in the notes about the regional broadcast crash issue

Has anyone seen anything, or noticed improvement?

I always use this broadcast and have had 2 crashes total luckily. Nothing in patch for this though. Could be a more difficult fix for them than we might think.

Need some advice on the right adjustment to make on the sliders. the sliders play amazing and the games are challenging but I have one issue

All the runs I give up seem to be on the long ball. What would be the best adjustment to make to get more variety from the computer scoring? I am afraid if I just lower the cpu power and nothing else I will get the problem i had last year where now the computer just does not score at all

Any suggestions

Are they getting hits other than homeruns? How many Ks are you seeing? The biggest problem this year IMO is the amount of cpu swing and misses. We have been testing cpu timing at 10 lately to help. It does very little help, to be honest, but it's all we can do unless they patch the swing and miss rates.

Solid hits at 3 is there to suppress their homeruns and get more singles. It has worked pretty well. Cpu is at 17.5% homeruns vs me in the 8 games played in my franchise. A little high but nothing alarming. 60% singles but it has been going up cause it was lower.

Maybe if u raise timing up too you can see more base hits in general. Are these homeruns all no doubters?

Consistency on 7 is really challenging. Got shutout 0-7 with 14k, then lost 1-5, my last game was a 3-4 after being up 3-0 in the 8th. Definetely need to get used to the new pitching. Have speed on 9, so the first 3 innings are always a learning curve.
I will continue playing with these changes, but if it stays like that, I might raise timing.
Probably have more than 2 weeks before starting a Franchise. Still waiting for the roster update.

funny how different the experience is. I got really few HR, but many singles and doubles by the CPU.

I have played 4 games with the testing of the below changes. Very very small sample size. But the CPU scored 40% of their total runs via home run. Which is right on MLB average. Game 1 they scored 8 runs with 4 of them via HR. 2nd game was 10 runs with only 1 solo HR. Game 3 was 7 runs with 6 coming from HR. And game 4 was 2 runs with no HR. So if you want to try this it might help.
