How many HR and singles did the CPU have? Checking on your hit distribution.

The last 3 games I've played (1 win, 2 losses)

(3) 2B, (2) HR, (3) 1B, (2) BB

So for CPU Hitting, you're using HOF @ 10/5/5/5/5?

Yeah, it seems that after a few games, the CPU power hitting settles down a bit.

Last night's game using the 10 and 5's sliders. Great start from Pepiot but the pitch count was high due to the CPU battling quite a bit, which is good. You can see the walks from the bullpen, which is also good. I just couldn't manufacture any runs.

I miss when we could play 30 game seasons and I would just do fantasy drafts with the SDS rosters lol. That's how I play NBA 2k these days.

The OS Co-op fictional rosters are excellent and definitely worth checking out. I’ve been using them for a fictional Reds season

I have often considered doing a fictional player franchise with all fictional created teams. I'm sure that would be fun.

I have been having an absolute blast with this slider setup, I also use the SDS rosters as I haven't had the best of luck with custom rosters for some reason, probably the best custom roster I ever used was a few years ago, and that was Bacon's fictional roster, what I liked the most from using his rosters was there was nothing to compare any of the players to, I actually felt more of an attachment to these made up players than with a normal roster.

Also just wanted to mention, I was playing a game earlier of course using my Dodgers against the Padres, May was going against Cease with the Padres jumping out to an early 1-0 lead after the first, but in the second inning the Dodgers regained the lead 2-1, but what I wanted to mention was that after 2 innings my patience at the plate really paid off, as I had Cease already at 40 pitches.

The unpredictability is absolutely awesome, I'm getting now settled in and getting ready to finally begin my franchise, all I have to do is ignore my huge back log..

I just realized I had playing my last 6 games on legend pitching ugh. Not too bad though lol. I take back my comment about power. I do believe it should be at 5 for the CPU. I want people to try fielder Run speed at 2 and then move outfield arm Strength to 6. I think it opens up a world of possibilities

Fielder speed at 2? Looking at that just looks crazy. Especially with contact at 10 and power at 5, reading that you think the fielders won't get to anything lol. I would just be worried that there are too many doubles. I have played 21 games with the a combination of contact at 10, and power and/or solid hits at 4. WIth any combination of the power and solid hits at 4, the CPU does not hit enough home runs but too many doubles. In the 21 games, they are averaging 0.7 HR per game. The last 14 games, they have had 6 HR which is 0.4 per game. They are still averaging 8.7 hits per game. So it is mostly singles and doubles.
