I was able to get my music files converted to mp3 and they play perfectly on the ps4. However, I am also now having issues with the import music option in the game itself. It asks me to select which usb device I wish to use (there only is one) but the screen below is completely blank and gives me no options to select. It's very frustrating especially given that I thought I had now solved the problem. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any idea what the problem is?

Sounds like the drives format? Has to be FAT32 I believe... not 100% though. I believe Matty had all the info needed in either our 17 or 18 posts. Check the first post from him, that was where he did all the info.

exfat is better than fat32, fat32 limits how big a file size can be. Both should work though.
