For the PS2, 2004, only because the Dangerz High Heat editor allowed for PS2 saves.Comment

When I played a season, I started to not look at the box score. Bummer if you like stats like I do.Comment

Does not looking at the box score prevent this form happening a 100% of the time though?Comment

Darn.....there is nothing I hate more in a video game than freezing. Did this happen with every copy? I'm thinking about buying another copy new and factory sealed but I dont see the point if all copies were like that.Comment

I thought about it, but the PC version cost a little more than I'm willing to pay. I never have been a real big PC gamer anyway.Comment

The roster would work on the PS2 game. One would just need a Dangerz editor.Comment

Re: high heat 2003 or 2004?
Hey, fellas,
I just wanted to chime in for a minute. I tried The Show for a bit, but when I popped in HH 2004, it just felt more like baseball overall, so I'm going to go with HH AGAIN for this season. HH 2004 gives me everything I want in a baseball game. I have three little kids, so getting time to play is not easy. The custom schedule lets me choose EXACTLY how many games the season is going to be. I'm not stuck with 82 which is a little more than I am able to do or 29 which is a bit too few. I can edit ANY players any time. This is important for a roster freak like me. Three levels of minor leaguers is nice, too. And they actually accumulate stats so I can see who my callups should be. The minors are not just a warehouse for extra players. I can set the number of innings per game which is nice. And the tuning sliders actually make a difference. And for me the whole experience feels really good and like real baseball. Pitching feels great and you need to think out your sequence for each batter. Hitting is pretty sweet, too. Yes, the graphics are horrible, but not the worst.
One question for you HH vets - what is this editor? What's it about, how do I get it, what do I need, etc.
Thanks for reading my post. Enjoy your seasons!

you can get the editor here, http://files.simcentral.net/file/hhedit-2004-3806.php
To transfer the file from Pc to PS2 your going to need a sharkport or Xport, or Maxdrive.
For the Maxdrive your also going to need a ps2 savebuilder to convert the file to a maxdrive file.Last edited by Mo; 03-21-2008, 02:34 PM.Comment
