There seem to be just two generic Spring Training stadiums, on for Cactus, one for Grapefruit.

If you liked last years game, you should get it definitely. If you didn't like it last year, you probably won't like it this year.

Fossen , make sure you are using the future throw. Before you even pick up the ground ball press the 2nd base button and then the 1b button for the quickets release.

Yeah Fossen, using future throw is huge. I havent had any probs.

Yeah - It may be as much my moment of indecision as the game itself.

But you need to know where you're going with the ball the second it's hit. That second of deciding where the play is is costing me the DP, I think.

Has anyone created players yet? I was just wondering how the CAP name recognition worked. Does it work with any name or only if you happen to share a last name with a major leaguer? Thanks in advance for any info!

Is the vacuum effect and fielding really different from last year...I am reading conflicting reports from different forums...one person posted a screen shot of Vaughn catching a pop up that landed 5 feet in front of him...

Some are saying that the fielding is still clunky and hard to control...

and that there are no routine plays and that every play is bang-bang

I want to give ASB a shot but want more details before I purchase it.
                    teaching.............still fun

video games........I wish my boys would let me play

watching Tottenham vs. Liverpool at White Hart Lane............2004 was a long time ago

In a previous post someone said they simmed the Phillies season and the Phillies did move into their new stadium, but they also played the Marlins for the first series of the season.. From what I have gathered in this post the schedules are the same year after year.

the vacuum is still there. It is not as bad as last years, but it happens. It doesn't affect the gameplay at all, just looks funny.

Man, I liked last years baseball, played High Heat for ps2, I was impressed, and I picked up ASB2004 for my XBox at 6 o clock, sat down, updated the rosters myself, damn not having xbox live, and sat and played 8 games straight and the only reason I left was to go see my girlfriend, man, it was tough leaving that game. ASB is still reigning king, and I do not see any other game outselling it, you play your mvp or wsb, and then play asb, and you will not only see the difference but you will feel it also. The franchise is unbelievable, everything about it leaves me in awe, IGN, never again will I look at your sports review, 6 gameplay, did you play the game, or were u playing triple play, good lord, but anyways, this game is worth having, and if you live in the northeast with this snow storm coming, it will be a thrill to play all day, because believe me, you will
                                My rating

                                replay value-9
                                overall-8.75
                                recommend: Go buy it now!
People that do not buy asb just keep doing it, because you will be wasting your money, unless it grows on a tree for you
