you pick your uniform at the screen where you select what team you will control. I think there is only 1 extra per team.

Just got the game and I love it. Of course, I loved last year's too. But it is definitely improved over last year's. Gameplay seems tighter and the little nuances of the game just add to it. Can't decide which batting cursor I like better, but I like the challenge, so either the normal or classic will be what I end up using. Does anyone know how to view player ratings during the game? I remember someone (Dick Smalls?) commenting about that, but I can't seem to find it.

Bottom line: If you liked last year's, you will love this years. I will post more as I play it more.

Can you set the age of created players or all they all 18?

If someone could answer this I would appreciate it a lot, as it is kind of major for roster management and adding players.

That's a great question, that would detract from the spring training experience. I hope we could at least have call-ups if there's only a 25-man roster.

with the normal cursor, it has a power and contact swing. it is the same button. You just press the left button (forgot the letter) to toggle back and forth between power and contact.

Okay. Played 3 games now Here are my settings:

Rookie Level
Batting Mode: Normal (Cursor)
Pitching exaggrated

First game was 2-1. Only hit was a GONZO HR for me. LUCK!

Second game was 4-0. Only had 5 hits.

Third game was 5-0. Only had 4 hits.

And this is on Rookie level people......

This game is very frustrating!!!!!!!!!

But there is light at the end of the tunnel... Just announced... MVP has gone GOLD!!!! ship date has been moved to March 11th... YES!!! Trading.. 2 other baseball games come out on the 12th. Trading both ASB and HH in for those.

Sorry guys... I gave this years ASB a shot and it failed for me.

aww crud..that sucks..is it like that in zone hitting also?
